we purchased dynamics crm as it was offered as a part of office 365 suite. specially after version 9 upgrade our application became slow! javascript, customizations and plugins make the application unusable

cost effective, ease of use, good integration with other microsoft tools like outlook and sharepoint. easy to learn. customization available.

Cons

lot of bugs in the software, gets really slow as the database size increases, hangs too much. not as good in performance as salesforce crm

This software can do a great number of things, the configuration of the system seems endless and the possibilities are enormous.

Cons

The biggest con is the support, dealing with support for issues installing the server or dealing with a SharePoint integration issue can take from weeks to months to come to a conclusion.

There are a lot more systems out there that equal or better the Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Pros

It did integrate with Sharepoint so we could get our reporting through it.

Cons

Granted the Dynamics AX it was installed with is an older, unsupported version so we were forced to use and older version of CRM which limited the features and the reliability. Integrating it was a long nightmare.

It covers every CRM functionality which a large enterprise needs for CRM activities. Designing your own forms and entities is a very good and flexible function. So you can add and remove new entities and also fields for your customers and related issues.

Cons

Difficult to integrate with Microsoft Sharepoint and after integration, if a user wants to change the folder structure in Sharepoint, it's approximately impossible Difficult to search and report.
