SalesForce is our primary source of CRM for our office and I absolutely love it!

2018-01-19

Better sales pipeline, less of a headache to deal with.

Pros

I like that there are many more capabilities in this software than we had with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Cons

I dislike that to get other additional softwares added from their suite that it's super expensive to do so. I think if they made the pricing a bit more fair, more people would utilize it.

Salesforce is infinitely customizable! You can make it whatever you need it to be

2018-12-18

We are a SaaS company and as such, we have a continual stream of Leads, Contacts, and Accounts that are constantly coming and going through our pipeline. Salesforce gives us the flexibility to keep track of all of these users and groups and make sure they aren't falling by the wayside. The customizability of Salesforce allows us to create the records and page layouts, as well as set the correct security that we need to improve and maintain our data integrity.

Pros

We recently switched from Microsoft Dynamics CRM to Salesforce and we have loved the overall improvement in application design, flow, structure, support, and customizability.

Cons

The customizability of Salesforce leads to the need for a true Salesforce Administrator and possibly a Salesforce Developer. Salesforce can be easy to use, after it's been setup and customized, but on the whole it is not the easiest software to pickup and run with.

Decent product

2018-11-27

Having worked with both Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Salesforce I would, out of the two, recommend Salesforce as it will offer more in terms of functionality and will prove less stressful using the product down the road.

Pros

- Interface that is easy on the eyes - Contact syncing feature is convenient - Offers time tracking - Better, in terms of functionality, than Microsoft's CRM - Offers partner and sales management

Cons

- Not the most intuitive interface in terms of navigation, has learning curve - Can be pricey - Occasionally have had to deal with random sync issues

Broadstroke Client Management System

2016-11-15

Our midsized company migrated over to Salesforce from Microsoft Dynamics CRM last year, and have found it to be much better suited to our needs.

Pros

Degree of customization, and different work environments for different staff departments.

Cons

Visually bland, easy to lost track of which screen you are on, as they all look the same.
