A good alternative to more expensive CRM Sales solutions based in the cloud like salesforce. Way cheaper, there needs to be a time investment in delivering this to fruition. I liked that it was a great alternative to the complexity of salesforce that is broken down into different applications on the cloud. Price comparison to salesforce was great.

I have implemented Dynamics when it was the first truly robust major piece of software for online CRM that integrated with Outlook. The integration was laughable, it was difficult to setup up, and confusing for users. User adoption was 0%! I have investigated newer versions but nothing seems compelling over the easier, simpler, and cheaper options now available.If you exclusively use MS, and want something that kinda integrates I would still stay away.

I've always wanted to find a business software that has a variety of functions, comes from a trusted company and supports apps on smartphones. That's how I've found Dynamics. With Dynamics I can observe data on official supported apps and more importantly, the apps are available offline, so users can work without data connectivity and data will sync automatically once a connection is reestablished. The software itself 's great and has everything in business needs. There are some disappointing let-downs, though. Beware of technical issues you're going to encounter while working with Dynamics. And the software is kind of heavy too. Also its interface is hard to use for beginners and the price is not really cheap. If you truly want to use Dynamics then go on, but I would recommend finding other similar softwares with a cheaper price. Functions, Mobile Apps

When you think about customer service, you're thinking about: "What can I possibly do to assist my customers whenever I can, as best as I can?" Microsoft Dynamics is your answer. The software helps sales, marketing, and customer service professionals track which customers they've spoken with, when they spoke, and the topic under discussion. The efficiency of the software is incomprehensible. However, there are drawbacks. If you take the time to fully understand and utilize the features of the software, other alternatives aren't worthy. I felt that the learning curve was a bit too high and that I knew I needed to spend a bit more time with the software before I could really use the features it offers. That said, the price tag for the software is also very high. So as a final verdict: A must if you're willing to pay with your time, and your cash. Efficient User friendly Tons of features
