Its interface is very friendly, it is easy to use and you have the necessary tools to achieve good performance at work. I love private pizzarrones, it's a good point within the software
I would like to take an application of this for cell phones and even for laptops and you do not have to depend on the web to use it

It has helped us get organized. We had a lot of different spreadsheets in excel, numbers, and other apps. This way we can see everything on one platform.
The app for ipad and iphone could be easier to use. It is hard to add/delete pulses and to navigate the boards. It would be better if it looked more like the website.

Love the different dashboards, the amount of data you can input and how easy it makes it to implement and teach.
The paid plans are a bit steep, starting at €8. Would gladly pay around 3-5 per user, but the jump from 0 to 8 is quite large

Monday is a powerful tool for our business and keeps us on track with our projects and communications.
The CRM in general is very good, I like the feature that allows to emails to be linked to client communications.
The scheduling feature seems to be a bit cumbersome. Can this be simplified?

I absolutely love working with Monday.com and am actually in the process of upgrading the plan. We now use it in our sales, CRM and project management. In the new situation we will also use for time tracking, custom tags and formulas. I absolutely love it. I used some other tools before but will stay with Monday.com.
- Ease of use - Intuitive Interface - Can be used for anything (sales, CRM, project management, creative) - Ample example boards to build on - Great support - Great discount for start-ups - You can write email updates directly to boards
At the time we started, we were not able to get in on a monthly paying with PayPal. So we had to go for the yearly which was a bit of a one time cash drain.

I really like it, I was able to connect my Gmail account without problems and manage all my emails directly from the platform.
I really like the task assignment function, it was also very useful to be able to organize and distribute pending tasks within my team.
Well, the truth is, I would have liked to have the ability to generate customizable reports and obtain more detailed statistics about my sales and activities.

Fantastic use of different preset templates for all sorts of uses- ticket management projects; sales and CRM management- UI is intuitive and very configurable

The simplicity of use, yet the complex ability the app has. I can keep track of dozens of leads, yet also use the app for reminders and other projects.
The only con I can possibly think of, is occasionally there is some delay in loading, however, that could be attributed to our internet as well.

Access to information is most important. That information must be readily available. Monday provides that access.
The ease of use. It's a great app that provides the essential tools are your fingertips.
There is really nothing negative I can state. I find Monday works very effectively in the office or on the road.

This software is very user friendly. It helps with communication with our sales staff that are on the road. It makes our day easier and I'm sure we haven't even begun to use it to it's fullest potential yet.

For the most part the platform is easy to use. If feels more like a CRM-team management hybrid.
It's really easy to go in and edit information which is a plus but can also be risky because it is possible to edit something that someone else has written.

After trying 10 different Project Management systems, monday.com is a god send and can do just about anything and its SIMPLE to use - we run our whole company through it from daily tasks to costing sheets to CRM database. Well done dev team !!!

Overall very good, customized options are a nice feature.
Very good team collaboration tool. Allows for very detailed attributes to be added to tasks such as time tracking metrics, task status.
Options can seem a bit overwhelming, and lacks the PDF option.
