New to radio sales-monday.com makes my job easier!

Coming from a background in print sales and now to radio-I find that monday.com makes the transition easier by keeping me connected and communicating with my team effortlessly. The tools are simple and straight-forward for inputting accounts and creating the timeline and follow ups needed to be successful in closing sales.

IT IS AN INTERESTING APP EASY TO USE AND VERY FUNCTIONAL

I need it to my clients and collaborators be aware of the dates that I need to complete determined task because we were working with government schedule so there is no way I can re schedule, but now they know when they need to complete any given task so we don`t have delays or be in a hurry.

Pros

I like the presentation, either you have experience in this types of platforms or not, you can easily get to know your way around it. The fact that is very visual makes it easy to navigate and update with the information required, even our clients can check their appointment so no one miss any date.

Cons

It's a little bit expensive for an small company, I am just a user but sometimes I need to make recommendations based in budgets and for a small business is not easy to pay

We love using monday.com mainly because it's so buttery smooth to use, and looks great on a big screen in full screen mode. It's also extremely versatile so can handle brainstorming meetings, project reviews, even lightweight CRM and sales tracking. Always a fast and friendly service from the monday.com team too.

Monday is a great tool that helps us stay organized and on task.

Pros

We love the Task Manager- its so easy to make updates, assign team members, and watch the progress of projects.

Cons

There aren't too many cons honestly. With the newest update all of my previous cons were solved like easier transfer of boards and groups

I think it's great because it has extensive documentation and support resources, which has been of great help to me to resolve any questions or problems that may arise.

Pros

It's great because it doesn't matter if it's an email conversation, a meeting or a note taken I can access everything in one window.

Cons

Well, I have experienced some failures or delays in the synchronization of emails or the import of contacts, although it is not a serious problem.

Increasing my productivity and closing more deals.

I like it because I can set reminders, schedule actions based on events, and send follow-up emails automatically.

Pros

I like it because from the first moment I started using it I was able to navigate through all the features without any problems and find what I needed quickly.

Cons

The truth is that I find it a little uncomfortable that sometimes the page loading can be slow, especially when I have a lot of data and records.

It is easy to use, it is highly customisable and you can track teams and plan work easily

The only thing I dont like about it is the fact that you cant send out mails to customers from it, you have to use plugins

Pros

Personally, I really liked this CRM. It was easy to use and the customer service I talked to seemed like they were not annoyed to be helping.

Cons

Unfortunately, as a non-profit we are running on little funds. We found alternative options allowing us to get a different CRM at a lowered price.

Highly Functional CRM System

Really positive, just a bit too much for an sme on the smaller side in terms of full functionality (this in itself is no bad thing of course)

Pros

The way you could build in a (seemingly limitless) array of applications made this very appealing, the potential for using this in a company wide sense is definitely there

Cons

It was almost too much for a company of our size, it's quite a premium solution in terms of pricing which is understandable given the functionality but we didnt have the resource or need to use its full functionality at this point

I've been impressed with how both small business CRM and project management can be set up with monday.com.

Pros

The interface is intuitive and easily navigable.

Cons

There's no free version or at least not one that's worth it.
