It has taken a little time to get to grips with all the functions, but the support videos and documentation have been really useful.
This software has allowed us to conglomerate information we were inputting into 3-4 different places.
Some of the features that are only in the premium package would be useful for everyone. For example the ability to calculate the total of two columns. Easy to do, but frustrating to not have.

Simplicity. It's so easy to implement using templates and adapt to specific needs.
1) Reliability. We've had issues (not at that frequent) where Monday.com has been down for a few hours and we've lost some productivity from that. However, the productivity it's added makes it still a net gain. 2) Dashboard features aren't fully baked. Date filters for example could be a lot simpler and faster to use. We also encountered a beta feature in the sales dashboard which was a good feature, but not possible to implement in it's current state. It took some workarounds to make things work, but overall was still pretty good.

The reminders, sales forecasting is a great feature and makes my reporting to my immediate manager super easy. I can download reports with a click of a button.
Its versatility and easily manageable. It works well for us for sales, reporting and accounting.
We are still looking at a lot of features that are incorporated in this software, i believe it might get overwhelming if we keep on adding new features to it. We are satisfied with what we can achieve with this product.

I like the flexibility of the board along with the capabilities around sharing and communication. I use the board to manage my team's sales process, our projects with clients and partners as well as our internal initiatives. It's been a game changer and has provided visibility across the entire business which has improved communication, alignment and accountability.
The web application is very intuitive and flexible. I've found using the mobile application on my iPhone and iPad to be less user friendly. This has resulted in me holding off on interacting with Monday.com until I'm in front of a computer.

It's ok, but still an in-progress CRM with some issues
I like that you can organize all of your tasks/projects in one place. You can add status, reminders, deadlines, owners, automations, etc.
When you automate something and you leave the board it will break.

I just discovered Monday 2 years after I first tested it. It was a big wow!
Monday is such a versatile tool. The different views makes it perfect for anyone. You are not tied to a CRM because of the view only.
The learning curve could be high for some people but give yourself a day and you'll save 10 days! Awesome.

We have dramatically streamlined our daily functions, and made our work flow immediately available to the next user.
This has been the easiest CRM in terms of functionality and ease of use. Very easy to learn, right out of the gate. Easy to customize too. Has cut my workload down dramatically, especially not having to do 10 things on one item. Now it's one and done, for the most part.
I really can't find anything bad to say here. For our purposes, this has been top notch! Easy to use, easy to learn.

My husband and I work as a mortgage team and felt that were struggling keeping our current files and active leads organized. Because of that, we felt like we weren't serving our clients to the best of our abilities and felt that we were losing potential clients because of our lack of organization. I reached out to several coworkers about what platform to use and while I tried several recommendations, monday.com was by far the easiest to set up. We immediately noticed an improvement in the service to our customers as well as communication among our team. I have since recommended monday.com to several coworkers and quite a few have already signed up and are raving about it to. I cannot thank you enough Monday.com !!!

Love it and will use it for years to come!
Our business has exponentially grown this year and this program has been wonderful to keep track of all of our clients and the dogs we work with (which is about 600 at this point)
We get a lot of error messages and sometimes the changes we make don't save, though it seems since your latest update this has been minimized. There are a few features that are not ideal for us, but it's probably because we're not actually using Monday for what it was designed for, we're making it work for our business model.

Overall we use Monday.com daily to manage a number of different workflows internally.
It's super easy to use, and the boards are very flexible. The automations make designing a workflow for your team incredibly straight forward.
Some automations don't always work the exact way you want them, and there are limitations on some features e.g. graphing, which make the product less flexible than hoped for.

I can control from my cell phone everything that I need to keep track of. I can authorize quotes, payments, appointments.... wherever I am in a very expedite manner
It is completely open and easy to structure to your personal needs. Even though I was looking for a bpm, I am doing so much more with Monday (process control, finance, crm, internal messenger...)
The things that I am missing are due, not to the software itself, but to the type of package that I am subscribed to, if I switch to the Pro version I’d have everything I need

I like the fact that we can have different sprints and pipelines and that we can all see what each other are doing. It makes our sales scrums very easy to manage and it gives us a great measurement tool to see how far down the pipeline we are moving with each customer. With the new GDPR regulations it has helped us to ensure that the information we have is simple to delete and move if required and it is obviously secure. The cost of Mondays is also very attractive and we feel that the dev elopement team there are really listening to customer feedback and are implementing great new features on an ongoing basis
I have to say that I have not really found anything that I don't like with the software. Perhaps one element that I may find useful is a diary planner that links to my outlook... but knowing Mondays, it probably has that function and I have just not worked it out yet!

Monday.com allowed many of our processes to be automated, created an improved collaborative approach and ability to easily report on key business risks, revenue , projects and opportunities.
Monday.com is a very easy to use platform with prebuilt templates to help get you started. Once you have your basics sorted, the opportunities to create greater efficiencies in your business are endless.
Email formatting is still on the to do list for improvement with limited options. There are work arounds but looking forward to the editing tools in email being expanded.

We had been using other programs, such as Trello and HubSpot. Having a programs that can do both jobs is a timesaver and a godsend!
Being able to create multiple boards for multiple projects just made everything easier! Having a one stop shop that covers both our CRM and task management is fantastiuc. So many ways to design the boards!
They do not have a free version, so you do have to pay for it. It can be pricey, but ultimately it is a good deal.

At first, I was not eager to use it, but once i started it my management has been easier. To professional friends, my very first recommendation is Monday.com to manage their teams
Task Management. Now i don't forget my and my team's tasks. Besides time tracking for each task helps while paying salaries and monitoring the stuff
