Pros

It's not just good for us to be managing out of Mothernode, it's good for our clients. We are a better organization because we have this software supporting us.
Another awesome feature that really made us excited to work with them is their integration with Construct Connect/Insight.
The system is incredibly robust at a fraction of the price, perfect for a small business seeking help with customer retention and marketing.

Pros

Everything was easy to set up and the customer service was outstanding. Special shout out to customer support who made my experience extra special by helping with setup, pricing and more.
Once I learned how to maneuver, it was awesome. The customer service was amazing.
Largely our experience has been good and has proven useful to help grow our new business.

Cons

Setting up reports is difficult in the amount of info needed. Last frustration is having to go to multiple screens to pull a quote, lead or order.
Really the only annoyance I can think of is that the back button in the browser doesn't work very well for navigating, but I'm not sure if that's a reflection on the product so much as on php.
Rather than have our Mothernode account manager work with us to migrate the data, we manually entered everything and since we were new to the process we made many mistakes.

Cons

You can set a time to shutdown sales, refund a guest w/o having to worry about confidential information and so much more. I have no worries when setting up my event via Ticketbud.
They never contacted me and when I contacted them about it, they never bothered to respond. Very poor customer service and should never have happened with no contact.
We had a little trouble with our photos and a few other details, but customer service was quick to talk us through.
