It has been a great experience. The team does everything in their power to help create an end product we loved. Our customers are feeling appreciated, and we are seeing customer retention increase!
It fully integrates into your systems - both POS and e-commerce! Personalised communication means we can insure it aligns with our brand voice and creates a seamless experience for our customers!
It needs to be integrated with your POS system which makes implementation a little bit longer but it is worth it in the end!

It has full integration with POS and e-commerce systems. Plus white-label mobile application allows to get more users to use loyalty program.
Requires POS system integration, therefore it is a longer launch process.

It's a great SaaS platform to manage your business loyalty program and engage with your customers through the mobile application that MyLoyal provide. There are so many great functionalities, that gives value both for the business and for the end-user. I really like the "digital wallet" function, where you can get 5-10% cash-back from each transaction you make! They also have functionalities such as Games, News, Events, Takeaway, which help to engage with the brand even more.
I would like to have a Gift-card functionality on the app, so that you could buy it and keep it inside the app.
