MyTime Scheduler

MyTime Scheduler is designed to make scheduling easy for any business size, from sole proprietors to multi-location or multi-staff businesses. MyTime’s appointment booking software is flexible and fully customizable: Enter custom or preset services, durations, prices, and choose how online appointment requests are approved. Scheduler lets you take credit card payments online or in-person for a flat 2.69% processing fee.

The software lets you set custom prices for specific clients. Clients see their own special prices when they go on MyTime to book.

With all your scheduling in one place, you can see client history, notes, and run reports that give you important insights into your business, such as revenue, client retention, and payroll for your employees, among others. All your client and appointment data integrates into MyTime’s marketing software so you can easily create campaigns.

MyTime Marketing

Online marketing is serious business. Delivering the right message at the right time is crucial to standing out from your competitors. MyTime Marketing lets you send automated email and SMS messages triggered by events such as birthdays, approved bookings, and upcoming appointments – or if a client hasn’t come in for a long time. Interactive appointment confirmations also help cut down on no-shows, and you can also enforce cancellation fees with MyTime Scheduler.

A library of ready-to-use templates lets you send promotions, happy-hour specials, holiday reminders, announcements, schedule changes, and invitations. You can edit templates to make them your own and automatically insert personal information like names, dates, and services with the click of a button. You can also create custom promo codes to reengage clients – no coding needed.

MyTime Marketing not only helps you engage existing clients; it also grows your business through partnerships, SEO, and online presence management.

Listing and Reputation Manager

MyTime Listing Manager pushes your business profile to 150 different directory sites, ensuring clients can find you anywhere on the web, including Google, Facebook, Yahoo, Yelp, Foursquare, Yellow Pages, and Superpages. Listing Manager ensures your hours, location, and service menu are always up-to-date across all your listings. This can substantially improve your SEO and visibility online with no effort on your end, making it a powerful customer acquisition tool.

Research shows that just one negative review can decrease sales up to 9%. MyTime Reputation Manager monitors reviews written about your business across the web and alerts you via email or SMS if a negative one comes in. You can immediately respond to negative reviews and turn the situation around in your favor, as well as thank clients leaving positive reviews.

Communicator

MyTime is equipped with an instant messaging tool that lets you keep all your conversations with clients in one place. MyTime Communicator is included for free with Scheduler.

Messages automatically send as SMS, email, or push notifications to the MyTime mobile apps – and you can send text or photos. Communicator makes it easy to stay in touch with your clients without giving up your personal cellphone number.

Point of Sale and Inventory

MyTime lets you take payment for appointments and products. You can add tips and calculate sales tax from the website or mobile app. It charges a 2.69% flat processing fee for credit card transactions. Clients’ cards remain on file for their next appointment so you can charge with one click.

The software also lets you set up and track inventory for products, which can be added on to service charges. Inventory alerts let you know when you’re low on stock, and reports let you see all your sales data, anytime.

MyTime Marketplace

Launched in 2012, MyTime Marketplace is used by millions of people looking for appointments every month. A Marketplace profile boosts your reach by featuring your company where people go to find the services they need. Clients can see your service menu, reviews, and appointment availability. When clients discover your MyTime profile and book an appointment with you, you’re immediately notified.

Through MyTime’s partner integrations, your profile is also featured across a network that includes Google, Facebook, Local.com, Yellow Pages, Superpages, Citysearch, and others. Profiles are mobile-optimized to increase search ranking and make it easier for clients to book.

Very impressed with this suite of practice tools - online appointments and payments, full POS with direct deposit, keeps your practice profile updated on 150 websites (yelp, google, facebook, etc), email and text message reminders, practice marketing, inventory management, online reputation manager, lots more.

Great user interface and mobile apps. Quite easy for the practitioner and client to use!

I can block off times when I’m unavailable, sync my appointment schedule with my Google calendar so I can see personal and business appointments in one place, send emails and text messages directly to clients from my dashboard, and I love that I can customize special prices for certain clients and even use discount coupon codes for holiday discounts.

Pros

The customer support team are super responsive and helpful, and are always open to feedback and ideas for system enhancements.

Cons

I'd love to be able to use MyTime for group workshops and classes.

Mytime offers a really great on the go app that allows me to manage my clients from anywhere. They have very involved costumer service that listen and that are constantly looking for ways to improve their product.

Pros

Great on the go client confirmations and management. I can just do about anything from my cell phone.

Cons

There can be minor glitches at times, however when I send in feedback about them they are fixed quickly and I get a follow up call about what they are doing to ensure the fix.

Cons

The frequency in which they release bug fixes is pretty terrible, there are some bugs that were reported some time ago that still haven't been fixed!

Significantly reduces administrative time, so I can spend more of my time making money and taking care of my clients.

Pros

MyTime isn't just scheduling; it takes care of all things related to managing a company, including employee time sheets, customer communications, online marketing, and sales tracking.

Cons

Would be nice to make notes per session and client, rather than one long list of notes per client. As a small start-up, cost is our biggest barrier to entry; it's about twice that of some of the competitors. I recognize that all the services it address likely makes this worthwhile, however, and we'll keep an eye on this product as part of our growth model.

I have had some technical strangeties with the tagged customer promo email blasts. For this reason, along with the absence of automated campaigns, whereby I can send out a series of emails in sequence, I could not give out higher stars in some productivity areas.

Some bugs need to be worked out in area of email contacts and more automation capacity.

With the app I am able to create client profiles at the same time as their appointment, provide a quote on services so there are no surprises, receive payment, appointment creation and reminders to reduce no shows and unfilled bookings, create recurring appointments for repeat business, provide a thorough menu, set up marketing and promotions a year out, setup feedback/review opportunity for the client, product codes and discounts, and reminders for recurring treatments.

What I like most is the scheduling calendar and my personal calendar are synchronized to reduce conflicts between my personal and business schedule and I can adjust pricing for sm

As of now the software is valuable but keep upping the prices and you know someone with a small business like mine will have to find services elsewhere. Pros

What I liked most is that not only you can schedule your appointments, but you also get reports on the appointments and revenue, which is very helpful.

Cons

The only downside is that there is only a daily preview of the calendar and you can't get a whole view of the entire day, but you need to scroll up and down the app.

I use it for product sales, as a time sheet for my employees, to track sales, to communicate with customers, and for all of my online marketing! If you are a new user, MyTime can replace so many different services that you are probably paying for separately, and save you a ton of money at the same time.

Pros

I can keep all of my info in one place instead of having communications in my phone, email marketing on another site, scheduling on yet another site, and so on.

Cons

All of my suggestions or feedback that I send to MyTime relating to the software are actually addressed and they let me know when the changes are complete.

Fantastic Scheduling Application

I like the option of a cloud based solution I can view from anywhere as well as the reputation management and marketing options.

Pros

I thought the on-boarding process was excellent. The software is fairly intuitive but Mytime provides great support where other providers just sell the program and you are on your own.

Cons

There was a minor glitch using an old version of windows and every once in a while the site will go down for a couple of minutes.

Our only advice to MyTime is keep it up! MyTime did a lot of handholding and phone training with us though so the ymade switching as painless as possible. worth it!
