A great tool for having the full view of a contact

The automation itself is a very unique feature, similar only to that of Contactually, and is ideal for my particular use-case.

Pros

- The ability to literally follow a contact around everywhere. Social, mobile, email, you name it. It really helps to create a full view of a contact. - The automation involved in ensuring you keep in touch with specific contacts. - The ease-of-integration with the Google Suite (calendar, email, android app). - The android app allows you to easily track communications with people when offline.

Cons

- The UI feels dated and slow. - While the product is feature-packed, it's basic price point is not very competitive with other CRM tools in the industry. - I have always had sync issues with their calendar as it related to timezones. I've heard of others having this same issue. Not a big deal for some, but for me, it was the deal breaker.

I'm currently evaluating LessAnnoyingCRM and have also looked at Contactually and Insightly as possible replacements.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I looked into the issues with PieSync and it appears they occurred when we first launched the integration with their team. When we initially launched it, we didn't ask our users to make sure they merged potential duplicates in Google Contacts before syncing and this could have caused the issue with duplicates.
