The fact that it is integrated with GSuite and social networks is awesome.
It is a little limited in functionality comparing to something like HubSpot but for a lightweight comprehensive CRM the integration factor is really helpful.

Great experience with this, in the end I switched CRM to clientjoy due to cost but I would have a look at Nimble again in future
I loved how I could use this with social media and emails. I could easily add social media contacts as leads when I stayed on the platform and I could do with same when I used email It’s a lightweight CRM compared to the likes of hubspot, which made it a bit easier to navigate and use
Costs can go up depending on how much storage you use on the CRM so it could get quite costly

Nimble is fun and great at what it does! I enjoyed my Nimble experience. I find it to be a great tool for finding information about people. I only wish it had better Sales pipeline features. I need to create and track deals as they progress. I hear that those features are coming. We shall see how they implement.
Easy to find information about people and connect on social media.
Weak in sales pipeline CRM features

Pretty inexpensive to purchase and has a decent number of integration options like Hubspot and Zendesk.
To be honest, I found this not as intuitive to learn. It's not easy to navigate and seems to be pretty clunky. It's also pretty limiting, and lacks basic email responses to inquiries. A bit frustrating.
Hi Jennifer, Thank you for sharing your feedback with our team. :) We are so glad to hear that you are enjoying the abundance of features that Nimble has to offer, such as Group Messaging, Multiple Deal Pipelines etc., for the right price! You can definitely create and send messages in Nimble. Reach out to care@nimble.com to learn more. -Olivia | Nimble Customer Success Ninja

I like that it integrates with HubSpot and Google apps, which we use all the time.
Some of the help docs are not always very clear, but they are getting better.

The "smarts contact" feature is very clever which makes adding contacts from across the web easy. The integration with Google Apps and Office 365 is also very nice.
There's no autoresponder feature which CRM systems should have.

Organization, general CRM features
Compatibility with social media. The value for the features I receive. The integration with email is awesome and makes it easy to upload contacts.
It would be great if it integrated with LinkedIn, but I understand that this is because of LinkedIn, not because of Nimble.
Hi Jason, thank you for sharing your feedback with our team. :) We are happy to hear that you are enjoying being able to integrate your Twitter into your Nimble account so that you can view your Twitter feed and even schedule Tweets to go out at a later time. LinkedIn made the decision to close their API to all 3rd parties. However, you can definitely download the Nimble Contact Add-in and use this directly within your LinkedIn account in order to locate information about your leads and add their information directly to your Nimble account. A solid, user-friendly CRM. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a straight-forward CRM.
Nimble was really easy to install, set up and get started with. It's straight forward and it's great for taking info from LinkedIn, rather than us having to do that manually. It saves us time, so we can focus that time on growing the business. The Customer Support Team have been great too, which is alway a big plus!
There's a few features that I don't find quite as easy to use, such as the calendar reminder feature. Also, if it could be integrated with Mail Chimp that would be really useful for us.

Good CRM to use
It helped in emailing the leads that we have easily and also in tracking each leads. The user interface is great and it easily can be integrated to the google calendar as well.
Nothing for now that can bring it down. Interesting CRM application

Very simple way to progress on social networks. Also I get easely the information updated from the networks like linkedin. All informations are coming and getting secured into the nimble apps. Gain a lot of time.
Lack of a CRM to care for customers. I have to have another CRM to be able to do a proposition for a customer and keep data of our company.
Hi Eric, ¿Thanks for sharing your feedback. :) We are so glad to hear that you are enjoying our social media integration that enables you to manage your social media directly within your Nimble account. You can definitely use Nimble in order to provide care for your customers. After connecting your email account to Nimble, you can then send emails directly to your customers in order to start and continue a relationship with your connections. A cloud based CRM system
The way it gathers data from Social Media. The new look is good
The fact that company addresses are not automatically added to the contact record - you have to input it twice Also you cannot export specific fields. You cannot have more than 1 administrator
Hi Maureen, Thank you for sharing your feedback with our team. :) We are so glad to hear that you are enjoying how the Nimble Profile matching tool locates your contacts social media information based on the information that you have provided the platform with. Once these social profiles have been located for your contacts, Nimble will then add any additional information, such as addresses and phone numbers to your contacts record directly. Recent integrations into Google G-Suite and Gmail make the combination of Social CRM and traditional CRM even more powerful. Browser plugins are way cool too.
Social and traditional CRM together
As with most powerful platforms there is a bit of a learning curve to use all the features, but well worth the time investment.

An excellent overview and CRM tool!
This is a web based software, rather than a program you have to download, which is certainly a plus for us and our already overloaded computers. We can import various contacts that have come to us from our Google software or LinkedIn very easily. We can organise our clients into various pigeon holes, which makes life easy when we have our fingers in many pies. My favorite feature, however, is the 'Today' page. Which is a very, VERY, nice looking overview of all our upcoming responsibilities and links to social media to suggests threads to follow. All in all an excellent piece of kit.
Whilst I liked how it synced with our Google accounts, it took a bit more manual effort to import contacts successfully, got there in the end though!

Nimble is a good CRM system and I think it works really well for any small company looking for an entry level CRM.
This is a good system for a company looking to move away from excel sheets or to implement their first CRM system, simply because it is affordable and less difficult to implement than free solutions.
Lacking in integrations. It can take some time to get your contact list added to the system, therefore it is best for companies looking to implement a CRM. Moving a contact list over to Nimble is a little frustrating.

CRM without the extreme complicated interface of Salesforce
Social media integration. It really gives a great snapshot of my contact. So when I call them, I have every latest detail right in front of me. This helps tremendously with conversation starters.
A little confusion when adding new People/Companies. This is mostly with the extension for Chrome. I wish you could convert a people contact to business and vice-versa.
Hi Dustin, Thank you kindly for your review! We're ecstatic to hear that you are using Nimble for your small business to organize and qualify potential prospects. I definitely agree that having the social media integrations right at your fingertips really help with getting the conversation started! Currently, contacts cannot be converted to companies or vice versa but I'm happy to offer some suggestions on how to avoid importing the incorrect type of contact. Feel free to reach out to me at care@nimble.com for details. :) Best Regards, Samantha

A quicker process to get information to CRM.
Browser plugin helps me to get information from a website. There is no need for open CRM while doing that. Most important feature for me. Nimble also works great with different Google products.
Android App could use a little tuning, but it doesn´t affect me since I use Nimble usually from a desktop.
Hi Janne, Thanks for the feedback, and we are so happy to hear that you are enjoying the Nimble Contact Widget to help you gather information about your contacts from websites! Overall experience has been extremely positive. I love the look and feel, mobile use, and integrations with apps like my Gmail. Fairly intuitive and well situated for my team to create a full set of processes.
UI / UX. Integrations with other applications and ability to follow movement of leads through their life cycle. Great team-oriented software.
So big and feature-rich I was not as nimble in the learning stages as I thought we'd be. It took some out of the box workarounds to get exactly what we wanted. Expensive for small business.

I've brought HubSpot CRM to four different companies so far, but I am getting frustrated about how often HubSpot keeps trying to remove functionality and making me pay for this and that over and over to use basic functionality should not cost more.
HubSpot is excellent for small companies, especially if you can get the startup discount for 90% off for your first year. The system has a lot of power and plugs pleasantly into a lot of the coolest, best products (gmail, Slack). The system's Contacts and Companies systems are well-done and extend pleasantly into other parts of the platform.
HubSpot needs to stop removing features and putting them into new licenses that cost more money. I realize they need to make money but they're turning it into this nickel-and-dime situation that makes the system more complicated. It's starting to feel like a bloated mess like Saleforce. I think someone nimble is going to come in and outdo them if they aren't careful.
