Overall, Nimble offers a great range of CRM capabilities in a simple format/easy to use platform.

Pros

Customer engagement and progress of email campaigns is easy to track through Nimble.

Cons

Social insight capabilities are not as easy to use and can be somewhat limited when compared to other similar platforms.

Any limitations on social profile matching have to do with the information that is available to the public online. Some social sites have also closed their API to CRMs like ourselves. Timely responsiveness to help us overcome an issue importing leads would have made a difference

Organization and insights from social media links were valuable to me.

Pros

I like that Nimble incorporates social media accounts, and the ability to keep notes in ongoing dialogues that are easy to keep organized.

Cons

It's weak on email campaigns. We had an issue importing leads into Nimble. Customer Service wasn't responsive to our CEO in time to save our account from moving to another CRM. I preferred Nimble for daily use and miss it.

Nimble CRM

I would recommend giving Nimble a try if you need a CRM for your business.

Pros

With Nimble you can nurture relationships, and leverage social insights. Nimble's platform is making you sell smarter!

Cons

The storage starts at 2GB, that is not really enough if you are a heavy document user, but you can grow as your needs do.

I also think the integration with email allows for insights and patterns to emerge.

Cons

Storage limits are annoying. Deal flow is a bit clunky, only allowing for one kind of deal. Facebook integration is limited.

Good and it is more useful for my organisation

I like the all in one contact for my company insights making CRM effective with all in one social media.

Cons

I didn't like the accuracy of customer and my conversation with would be better and setting reminder which as similar as Google reminder and don't require to use special apps

You can definitely set reminders within your Nimble account using our Task feature. Once you have created a Task you will then receive reminders for when these need to be completed.

The Social CRM that doubles as a Sales Management Tool

We've used Nimble for the past year or so to manage our Leads and Sales process. The interface is intuitive and easy to get started with. This is a good CRM if you're looking for Lead management with added social information about your leads and a sales pipeline management tool.

Pros

Although there are many, the best feature in Nimble, along with their prompt and friendly support, is their Signals system (Social insights). Every contact/lead added to Nimble is tracked down automatically and their Social profiles show up in your feed.

Cons

The only point of improvement I can think of is to optimize the deals tab. One way of doing it can be to auto migrate dead leads (> 6-9 months) into a bucket which will not affect the load time of active deals.

Good value for money

Pros

The Management Portal is also a big plus with some insight provides you with storage management and predictive analytics.

Cons

Price could be a con but I feel like it is worth the money myself, we must admit this is a high end in the storage market so if your want good quality you might need to pay it at an extra price. Not a lot of training included for this products in order to self learn and sometimes you will need to explore in order to discover new options or tasks.

Nimble Social CRM is a great option

Pros

The way Nimble integrates with Social Media platforms like Twitter and Facebook, to deliver deeper insights into prospects behavior and motivations was the first take on Social CRM that I came across and one I found to be very compelling.

Cons

In general I prefer CRM to seamlessly integrate with Project Management tools, which when I first tried Nimble was not the case. So, I think out of the gate they are a little lacking in that department.

Nimble out-innovates the rest

I have been a Nimble user since the very early days. As a solo salesperson, I need something that is fast and simple and that concentrates on those basic areas that are the most important to me: contacts, tasks, communications, and opportunities. For me, Nimble fits this quite nicely!

Pros

The Nimble Smart Contacts widget can be used anywhere on the web and it actually gathers more actionable insights from LinkedIn and Facebook profiles than the API access to these platforms ever did!

Cons

While this does not affect me personally, Nimble works flawlessly in a Google environment but I have found IMAP configurations outside of Google to be a little hit and miss. The email is good but lacks things like folders and groups. Sales teams requiring multiple permission levels will need to wait until those have been introduced.

Nimble is pure automagical social intelligence

Like magic it brings the data to me and provides the insights and context I need, to get to know the person more.

Pros

The social intelligence about my contacts across many platforms that automatically appears on the record, including my recent interactions, social profiles, and signals. Also love the way the smart contact widget works and allow me to hover over anyone and access the intelligence.

Cons

The fact that LinkedIn won't play with Nimble (not Nimble's fault). I'd love to see the major social media platforms allow access to our direct messages, to create a unified inbox. That would make life so much easier!

Nimble is the way of the future

I have been using nimble for 5 months and switched from insightly. It has been an upgrade with regard to functionality and tools and api integrations.

Pros

The ease of use. Ive manage to build a call center framework. Im still looking for a complete option though

Cons

The integrations dont do much othet than sycronize contact lists. The syncs dont capitalize on data collected from other services. My company runs on google devices, need better integration with tags. On the home page of nimbe system, you need to put customizable widgets because the tags thing is not working and my nimble home page iss pretty much useless. Every time i log in im reminded that it doesnt keep me up with the people who are most important effectively.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I looked into the issues with PieSync and it appears they occurred when we first launched the integration with their team. When we initially launched it, we didn't ask our users to make sure they merged potential duplicates in Google Contacts before syncing and this could have caused the issue with duplicates.
