Nimble CRM is a great CRM... but difficult to really use well

One area they are woefully behind on is their pipeline feature... no multiple pipelines, about what you'd see 3 years ago, and they could be sooo powerful if they caught up to the rest of the market (leaders for this feature are Pipedrive CRM... but Pipedrive CRM has many drawbacks).

Try it! It may work for you... actually if they ever do upgrade their pipeline feature with multiple pipelines I'd give it another whirl.

Pros

Customisation possibility. 2 way sync with Google contacts. Navigation quite simple.

Cons

Search by tag not easy (take example of Nimble for that, their tag search is good).

Good for freelance and small business who wanna sell their services or products

Pros

As a freelance consultant, I couldn't find other product that can help me in keep track of my way of working. I also find very useful the email integration, and the latest email template feature.

Cons

Also I'd like more connection between my contacts and social networks (as in Nimble), with also a way to just keep in touch (pe, Nimble helps to define how much frequently I wanna just say "hi" to a contact).

Pipedrive is exactly what we were looking for!

Pros

The user interface is great which makes our team actually use the CRM in the first place. Moreover, we are able to define different pipelines tailored to each market/segment. Finally, all the information and statistics are there. Easy-to-use yet capable of covering all of our needs. This is the fourth CRM software that we are trying and we are sold. Pipedrive is the best.

Cons

In particular, one of the coolest features of Nimble (the last CRM we were using) is that whenever we added a contact, all of their social media profiles were readily available.

The only thing I don't like is that it doesnt have automatic social profiles of people, like Nimble which I also use.

Love Pipedrive, but with one (or two) caveats...

I wish Pipedrive would pull in social media profiles for my contacts (a la Hubspot CRM and Nimble CRM). But there's no way I'm leaving Pipedrive anytime soon.
