Nimble has been a game changer for my CRM Task. The functionality and features is very effective.

Pros
Very easy to use . Integration into using Nimble was easy. Effective in generating concrete leads and contacts for business growth. cost pricing is affordable, and they are varieties of Plan and bundles to choice from, if prices is every an issue.

Cons
For a larger business , I would not suggest / advice the usage of this software.

PROS: Pretty good, especially if you are looking for social media integrations with your CRM platform. Not as comprehensive in features as Salesforce or Zoho, but it's got an inexpensive price point (when I was using Nimble it was a month price per user, with ample storage space and unlimited deals). Their lead reminders feature was an added boon. Also, they have a decent number of integration options (several dozen), including FreshBooks (a must), Hubspot, and Zendesk. CON: I found the interface to be a bit clunky and in need of some UX attention, the Today page (your home page) just didn't flow for me. But I did like the Deals dashboard and the individual contact pages. If you're an older, more established business entity with big business concerns, this may not be the right choice. But, if you're a local business, startup or just starting out freelancing, or creating an agency, and plan to be social media savvy, then Nimble might be the CRM for you.

Low Price, Social Media and 3rd party integrations, Deals dashboard

Cons
Clunky primary dash, not quite as robust as larger CRMs (like Zoho and Salesforc).

Hey, we use Nimble for last 2 years and we love social features it provides. Nimble constantly grows and CRM looks much more professional & solid comparing with early stage. There are a couple of additional tweaks we'd like to see: - having an ability to create different sales funnels; - more services integration; - specific group actions. But the overall review is excellent! Awesome product, great features and it very small price for such powerful CRM!

- social features; - low price. - full stack of processes to follow the lead and close the deal.

Cons
- low perfomance if you work fast with copy / paste; - single sales funnel.

Pros
Ease of use and adding shelves. Training came to town and was very informative. Drives array runs very fast and did what we needed to get required I/O's.

Cons
Cost, The price is very expensive for the space you get. Hard to justify purchase and then to add additional space.

I really enjoyed using Nimble, it worked well and was a pleasure to use. The Chrome App was especially useful. I would have continued to use Nimble but could not justify the cost.

Pros
It works without fuss. Helped me to maintain interaction with my subscribers. The Chrome App is very useful.

Cons
Expensive. I would prefer a 'beginner' pricing level for those of us who only make minimal use of the product

Nimble app for Chrome is really incredible! It is so easy to add a Lead!

Pros
Videos and posts to understand how to use Nimble, in a DIY way. Good value for price (please don't change)

Cons
Nimble App for tablet Samsung S 8.4' not available. I have tried many times, without success. This tablet 4G is also my phone, so when I'm out of house, I cannot see Nimble. I suggest more info and post about how to configurate the customer funnel. I have had to see a lot of external CRM to configurate my Deals.

I'm a self-employed solopreneur who's tried other CRMs before, but honestly, nothing beats Nimble for its price, functionality, and ease of use. The ones I tried before were more expensive and clunky, but Nimble is not only more affordable but also easier to use & with better functionality. Highly recommend it.

Pros
Easy to use, integrates with social, automatically tracks interactions & notifies you when to get back in touch - lets you track in-person meetings manually. Allows you to track potential deals if you have a long sales cycle.

Cons
I can't really think of anything to be honest.

A place to store all of my contacts and capture conversations. Also a good place to set reminders to follow up with people.

Pros
The price can't be beat for what you get. Very good value for the features, love the integration with social media like LinkedIn profiles.

Cons
No non-profit component or donor-related capabilities; we knew that going in this was going to be more of a traditional sales-related CRM though.

Nimble’s integrations were the key for me. And seriously? If you’ve been scared off by the prices of Marketing Automation, this is your low-risk introduction to the new marketing.

Need to enhance the mobile app because it only has a subset of functionality and I wish every column in the Contacts view could be sorted and filtered.

I started using Nimble as a paid user for a couple of years now. As an early adopter, I had great hopes the company would reward early users with new features and benefits. Now I am very disappointed! The price for the service has gone up per month and the features have actually gone down - as the new features get tested on us loyal clients and then taken away to higher cost plans. The most recent issue is a notice that I have used up my 5GB plan limits and need to upgrade to a more expensive plan. I only have 8000 contacts - how could that possibly use up 5GB of data! Well, I found out - Nimble is downloading all of my Gmail messages and attachments and storing them on their server. They then use this data against my 5GB plan! If I delete messages out of Nimble to stay in the 5GB limit then it deletes these from my Gmail account. So Nimble is trying to FORCE me to buy a more expensive plan!

Pros
The Social media integration is a nice feature. I'm afraid to say about other features because they will get moved to higher price plans.

Cons
The Android app for my phone crashes constantly! We're sorry Nimble Crashed message is a constant companion on my phone. Holding my Gmail messages hostage for more money is a real Con! They used me to test their group message feature and then took it away once they got it working.

the compression that we get is amazing. The UI is very friendly and best of all plays very well with VMware. Talk about about zero down time when updating the software version on these guys. Amazing

We did not ensure up using nimble very long, as our needs outgrew the capabilities of the platform, but considering this was our very first CRM we found incredible value for the money we were paying. The ability to acquire social media information on the fly about the people who interacted with us was very cool and allowed us to hone in on the people we felt were the right fit for our product. I do not remember why we switched from nimble, as I was not really I charge of using it. I only set it up, but now we are using hubspot which is not at all the same class nor the same price! Overall for small businesses with a light audience or entrepreneurs getting started, I highly suggest nimble ad your CRM of choice!

Time savings & cost effective pricing, a phone App that I can use to look up sales leads / contacts when I am not at my desk top.

Pros
It is an easy to use software which keeps me on top of sales & marketing efforts. It integrates the social media feeds and allows me to easily track customize the sales calls integrating them with my e-mails.

Cons
The challenges associated with e-mail integration particularly if the connection / integration between your e-mail server and Nimble is lost.

Excellent experience, I was sad when we changed softwares.

Pros
I loved using Nimble, it provides your employees with a lot of info regarding their time sheet, and is of course very easy to use. Everyone has their own personal account per se, to clock in to and review their time card info. You can also use it for requesting time off.

Cons
I believe our owners went for a company that was very similar but a little cheaper.

I used Nimble for a while and it worked for my needs. I don't think smaller businesses would need this tool but the price point is low enough that they can go that route if they would like to.

Pros
Nimble is very versatile with all kinds of functionality that you don't always see in a single tool. Managing multiple points of data in a single platform is extremely convenient and time-saving.

Cons
I thought it was very useful and don't have any real gripes except the email editing could be easier and faster to use.

We are a nonprofit on a very limited budget. We didn't need a bunch of bells and whistles, and this has been perfect for keeping track of the information we need in one place. Can't beat the price, and I've been able to figure out how to use it on my own so far!

Pros
Simplicity and price.

Cons
Maybe that there isn't more in it specific to nonprofit and donor database, custom messages and reminders, etc. Maybe it's there and I just haven't figured it out though.

I have always had trouble staying in contact with clients in between their buying cycles. Nimble allows me to stay in touch with them and store information relevant to them.

Pros
I like the pricing structure. Some of the other CRMs make it hard to justify using them because they are so expensive. Nimble is easy to learn and navigate. My information was easily imported. I can track my deals and keep in contact with my customers.

Cons
I wish Nimble had a mass email client included with the product. This would make it simpler to operate without having another third party subcription.
