We used Nutshell as our first CRM as on the surface it had good features, however, when we grew and it came time to migrate to a custom CRM we had built, it was near impossible to export our data and the support team was absolutely useless. I would avoid using Nutshell.

I work at a marketing agency and we have been using Slack for years. So we tried lots of apps that work together with Slack. Whenever there was a CRM info we had to know, Nutshell would warn us through Slack.
Nothing at all. When we switched the platform, we stopped using it.

It's a good CRM system; overall integrations are good and sufficient to provide an easy automation of tasks once grouped the different type of users
Multilanguage options are limited, it could be useful to expand it as not all our team members are fluent in English

It was an easy to use solution for my team at an affordable price. Salesforce was out of our price range and a bit too complicated for us.
I liked the notification system, but felt it could be tightened up a bit better. Perhaps better segmenting of notification types?

Nutshell is a great place to store information and track leads. It makes looking at all contacts with an individual from different people very simple.

The thing that I like the most about this product is how you can prioritize clients and keep them organized.
I can not find a con so far by using this product. It has helped me a lot in the short amount of time that I have been using it.

Very user friendly UI and easy to navigate. If folks are new to using a CRM, Nutshell is great to get started.
Compared to other CRMS, I've found the data structure to be a bit different.

So I had the trial version. Within a month, I was glad how easy it was for me to drop our emails, contacts, notes etc.
Email glitched out a few times but nothing we couldn't fix on our own

Friend of mine has a small website and wanted something to help with the customers, Nutshell did the job and it did it great. Implementation was fast and painless, integration with Google Apps was a great surprise.
What bothered me when helping my friend set this up was the search function - as if the algorithm was simply ignoring the queries. Also UI could use an improvement.

Great system that I love using so far.
The best part about Nutshell is how easy it is to use. Nutshell is cloud based and organized your group's data in one program. It can even be accessed using an app on your phone. Flexible and organized system.
Multi language options and the integrations are limited, but other than that no complaints.

nutshell is easy to navigate on a computer also in mobile version . easy to add and find contact or client. A great place to build and see our productiveness.
I don't have a lot of cons about nutshell... maybe the time to tame this program
