Having nutshell available in the mobile version (on your phone) is great. Being able to collaborate is good.
You cannot print lists of companies, people, or territories. This seems like a very basic thing. You have to export your information to excel and manipulate the data to print what you want. Then, you have 2 areas (excel and nutshell) that you have to make changes to if you want to keep things updated. Quite disappointed with this.

Ease of creating reports, notifications, and ability to rope in multiple users on leads to keep everyone up to date. Love the customization of the sales process as well.
Exporting reports is not ideal for importing into email marketing solutions and email marketing integrations like MailChimp are fairly weak. (Can only import into a list, not a specific group in a list.) Integrations in general are lacking and may one day be the reason we move to a CRM that better integrations with Hubspot. Connecting data across People, Companies and Leads can also be frustrating - i.e. source does not transfer throughout, tags are different, etc.

It makes my job a lot easier no more Crappy sales reports the only thing I put in Nutshell is the skinny and what happened the time before.
It is very easy to navigate through. Notes are very important when making another call back to a customer. You can review what was said what was done this way you can have a conversation start up instantaneously.
The only thing I wish nutshell would have is sorting customers by ZIP Code. And make it that it could be downloaded and print it out.

Slick, user friendly even if your not a tech minded person. Your white glove service was so welcome. These things helped us make the decision to run woth Nutshell over others.
So easy to learn and implement for our business. Support was great as well.
Have yet to be disappointed with this package.

It is fairly easy to use. It is a good started CRM. How they handle companies and leads is well done.
It is not very stable. The software would often freeze on us and it would often crash. It did not have an email directly from the CRM option which would have been nice.

We have used Nutshell for about 3 years now. There have been some good improvements during this time that have made it an overall user-friendly and beneficial software. You can see all activities occur in real time, and Nutshell makes it very easy to keep track of sales and communication with customers and vendors. We were also able to connect this with our accounting software, Zoho Books - a huge plus. There are just some minor annoyances and general glitches that prevent me from being able to give the software a full 5 stars.

easy to use mostly. Alot of reports that can be made to individual specifications.
Some areas it is too comber sum. The end time doesn't always change when start time is made on scheduling. When you save a document, you can't save it in Nutshell, you have to upload it into it.

Accountability
The importing is wonderfully smooth. I often use the filtering function to narrow down locations geographically.
The mobile application allow filtering contacts/companies by distance. I feel this feature is the best improvement that Nutshell can make.

Ease of use compared to a zoho or salesforce. Value for price/head.
Colorful and easy to navigate - easy for legacy and new sales associates to use and get something out of it.
Search is terrible. If you don't know exactly what you're searching for, far too few results populate to make good decisions. Should be able to type query, press enter and get a list 20 results or more. If you have 12 leads with a company, the one you're looking for might not show up. Also how you enter info - like adding a person to a lead. if you don't add their role or notes when creating the person, you can't add it later unless you exit the lead and update the person on their profile page - this should be an option in the pop-up quick edit window.

I like the ability to record/track activity with everyone so that we can pull reports to help manage everyones leads.
I feel as if there are a lot of features that are offered that I am unsure on how to use. I plan on getting in contact with Sarah Brigham this week to fully understand the capabilities so that we can use Nutshell to the best of our ability!

I use everyday to set appointments, keep track of customers, call back ect. .look up info and anything else i need to reference.
getting use to changes you make, i am not in the area of reports just a user daily, so i can only call in when something has changed to see how to use it.

Connection to Gmail via the Plugin. Inside the system.
Tasks and ToDos in the Dashboard view do not update in the list once they are updated in the task / todo Sometimes the Gmail PlugIn does not recognize a contact so you cannot connect the mail

Advanced search with tag EXCLUSION in filters Periodically send reports in email as pdf (eg: like Google Analytics)
Leads are not assigned directly to the owner of the company: I must reassign manually every time. In Company window I like view annual leads amount, and not total lead amount.

Been really good, and any tech issues are handled quickly by support team.
I love how this pulls from Quick Books via import to add new customers I invoice, and then brings in all emails from them prior and new.
I occasionally get duplicate contacts but I think that is my fault.

I really enjoyed its price to feature ratio, and the unique customization options available due to how they built the product
a few nitpicks, but nothing major. Unfortunately my team never really got into using the tool so we are in the processing of switching to one that is more geared to our specific business.

A big, complex and complicated tool that can be used to solve many problems, but needs a big team effort and significant training and practice to master
The variety of tools and integrations offered were useful and allowed our team to solve many challenges in different ways while helping us to ensure our data was all in one place
Very challenging to use, and seemed non-intuitive to me. It took me a long time to figure certain things out, and support did the best they could. Other team members either found it easier or harder than I did.

Nutshell has been a great fit for me in tracking all of my sales activities. This service is very easy to use and allows me to quickly retrieve key account or contact details to allow me to better service my prospects and customers. I appreciate the fact that it can be as simple or complex as you need it to be, meaning that every feature is not made into a field that you have to navigate even if you do not use them. All interaction with Nutshell staff has been very quick and efficient. They continue to roll out additional product features so you know that they are growing. The price for this service is very reasonable and I would certainly even pay more knowing the value that it has given my business.
Nutshell is still growing a little bit, so there are features that are still in the works for development or improvement. However, they communicate well on some of what they are working on so you know progress is being made.

Reminders so the leads don't fade with memory and the organization for all in the company. Plus it stores all the info on one project in one place and lets me duplicate that to other projects
The program seems to be more for small quick sales of specific items not long term development of sale of services which vary in cost for every client The phone app is not easy to use.

Different reports and the way you can get data from years past.
How easy it is to use and the different ways to sort and get reports. Look up records using a name of the company or number.
Still don't like how we have to change the being dates and end dates. Some time the number you enter doesn't show the right client.

I use it daily for my CRM and will not use anyone else's.
What is there not to like! Ease of use. Easily integrates with a slew of other software and GMAIL to pull in your records. Follow-up with cards like Trello to follow through on deals. Support - again best in class. Mobile APP ... OMG!

Nutshell CRM has all the tools to make a business more successful. It gives sales reps the opportunity to stay well organized and maintain accurate records on each customer. A great system software every company should use.
What we like most of using Nutshell is how easy it is to use, it keeps accurate reports and helps us keep track of our overall numbers and helps us keep accurate records of our customers.
