While with another company, I used SalesForce exclusively. I have to say in the short time using Nutshell, I like it better. It is just easier to use. I have called to talk to support and they have been beyond wonderful. They take the time to listen and work with you to solve the issue. I tried the training videos, the live training and the live chats and although somewhat helpful, I prefer working with the support people. I have been using Nutshell for 6 weeks and hope to learn more about it's reporting capabilities.
Very easy to navigate right from the start. Easy to enter information and keep track of it. I also like the phone app feature although with this pandemic, have not been able to use it as much as I will when things open up.
So far, I do not like the duplicate feature. For instance, a duplicate shows for David Perine, the name it is asking if it's a duplicate is Brian David from a totally different company. And I can't tell you why it chose Brian David and not all of the David's in my contacts. Come on, you need to tighten up that feature up.

Simple, Ease to use, Tracking in advanced, Deals management and automation at a glance is Nutshell offered. If you require role/ visibility management plus quote build kind of harassment and hard for you. In my opinion this crm suited for smb, solo entrepreneurs , services selling, product also but need some extra work.
Manage easily on Terriority, Company Type help you work on contact to clarify and edit company type. Automation work in each pipeline with Guidelines/ Goals set/ Task assigned/ User assigned help team work better and decrease your manually work. Product add in multi market and currencies, always include Competitor plus a note help you know who competing with. Deals have virtually icon let you know how gap process, which is priority colored Red. Metric for sales/ call/ activity help you know your kpi
Text box field require click to see and blued, hard to see information, they should improve this ui/ux. Audit log not offered then you cant know everything worked on account just only activity.

There are so many powerful tools included in Nutshell that make contact management much easier than before. We've been able to integrate it fully into our workflow and it's resulted in better collaboration and outbound sales solutions.
Initially, Nutshell seemed like it would not scale well to our business but we decided to try it and we were so glad that we did. It scaled extremely well and fits perfectly into our operations, increasing our productivity so much more than we expected.

Easy to use and good customer service support. I had used SalesForce for years and thought the transition to Nutshell would be hard but it certainly was not.
I only concern I have had in the year I have used it is that when something is going to change or be upgraded, i. e. my screen looks different I would like to have some advance notice. It would make my transition to "the change" easy to adapt too.

Ease of use, and reporting capability. Great to keep our sales team communicating on 1 platform instead of using multiple tools to carry out our daily tasks
Limited security roles, user preferences. Needs more customized notification settings to filter by sales team, not just all or nothing. Needs to take into account (for revenue tracking) recurring monthly service products, and needs to improve on international based sales team capability

My favorite aspect was the email marketing capabilities of it. You set your campaigns up on autopilot and Nutshell takes care of the rest.
There was a time or two that I wished it showed more info about the emails, such as more detailed reply rates and stuff like that.

clear picture of effort being made on the sales side.
It is easy to use and the mobile app is a nice touch. I like the fact that they are continually adding features and improving the experience. That is a major consideration for us - as we learn to use the software and understand how it can help us, they are also looking at ways to make the software help us.
i don't like the lack of integration with natively installed Microsoft Word and re-usable templates for letters, contracts, mail merges, etc.

it is easy to enter new data. I like being able to generate an email via Nutshell. I love the map feature. Also, like the note section. it's great to see when co-workers have been in contact last with each contact.
Search features are a little rough. You need to be very specific and sometimes I do not have enough information to find a contact, re abbreviations,etc

Deeals closing - customer follow up
Following up my customers easy - being sure not to miss a deal in pipeline. Knowing where I stand with the deals
Started with a plan allowing me to use click to call as it was in beta - provided some feedback & as it was implemented - wasn't able to use it anymore without an upgrade: ( Still not happy about that: ( Would love to make pipeline/cash process clear all and start fresh + make it kind of click easy after each call. Map / Postal Address not always top notch

Lead tracking, follow ups, and activity metric.
Ease of use in terms of tracking leads, activity, and new sales numbers. Can be a great tool for scheduling and reminders.
Sub-par mobile app, constantly struggles to load things and doesn't match desktop interface at all. Hard to communicate with our system at times. That's our issue as well though.

I've been using Nutshell for the last year to manage our customer data for a tech start-up in Chicago. Very inexpensive and easy to acquaint yourself with this system.
It's inexpensive and for a start-up company that is important. Integrations with MailChimp have been helpful and syncing data with Gmail has also been very easy and fast.
I hardly every hear of updates and new things coming down the pike. I'd also like to see more training webinars to know that I am using all the functions of the system to its fullest.

Layout of system and ease to enter call logs and update information (on desktop version). Reports are self explanatory.
The iOS app has several issues that I have sent messages about. The main one is logging calls. More frequent than it should be, reps have to re-enter call details because once they click 'Done', they are reverted back to before they entered the information causing double entry. Additionally, you cannot update contacts on the app easily (both iOS and Android)

Five years ago it was the perfect fit for what we needed in a crm software.
Quick and simple view of daily events from users. Customize fields, and internal setup is quick and simple.
No way to retrieve content off line. In the event that you can't get online by any means you should be able to access a customers contact information.

Its user friendly and one can use it even when offline which makes things easy since you can be somewhere where there is no network. The App can be downloaded on pone and doesn't eat up a lot of space.
Its an App that is user friendly and saves a lot of data. Anyone in your workplace can have a glance of what one is doing and can also be used to rate staff on the contacts saved and also scheduled activities and meetings.
Since I started using Nutshell it has been great and very smooth I am yet to find out any issues or something that is not sitting well with me as I use it.

Ability to review calls and record progress
The desktop version works well. It's helpful to be able to go back and review logs and progress. The features are in place to be a great app, the functionality needs work.
There are several glitches that have been unresolved when brought to the company's attention. The logs do not always save as they should. It also is almost impossible to create a new person or business from the mobile app which when working in the field is necessary.

Tracking of Leads, links to documents, process to create leads.
Easy to follow a lead and check the overall progress of leads. Useful to be able to message others as to the progress of jobs
Search function does not work very well, brings up items not searched for and sometimes does not bring up what you're looking for.

This is a great starter CRM system that has plenty of features for a small to medium-sized sales team. The bcc integration and iphone app work great as well.
While most of the integrations are good, I wish it integrated better with Active Campaign, which is my marketing automation platform.

I have loved using Nutshell since we got it a few years ago. I particularly enjoy the support team. They are always incredibly helpful and I feel like my feedback is taken seriously and considered. They are also quick to respond and very friendly.
I like that it sends email notifications, has an API that we can use, allows for custom fields, can track emails, and manages scheduling.
It doesn't incorporate into many other systems. We have mostly switched to using Hubspot because Hubspot has everything together. We are trying to track leads from their point of origin through to the sale and beyond and Hubspot seems to do that the best. I guess we kind of grew out of Nutshell. I believe other portions of our company are still using it though.

Pretty easy to use. Price. Is this your way of trying to get me to say more about a product that I like only because of it's price and some features that link it to other products. It wasn't my first choice as a CRM for functionality, but price dictated our decision. And for that I am grateful.
Looking at needing to use Zapier to connect mailchimp to nutshell. Right now it only goes one way and it would be nice if mailchimp could send nutshell contact information.
