Pros

Helps get organized and increase sales, user-friendly interface, integration with mail & calendar, perfect for service companies, good value for money.
But this one, is a near-perfect fit. Great design, remarkable attention to details/features, and superb customer support.
ALWAYS a quick reply with helpful meaningful information. If you need fast, light, effective, and effective, OnePageCRM is the way to go.

Pros

With freshsales the user will know more tools to evaluate potential customers. Freshsales has an excellent communication, which we highly recommend to handle sales opportunities.
Freshsales has been a great tool to gain visibility into my lead flow and deal pipeline. The software is easy to learn, has excellent deal visibility and a great reports module.
We have amazing customer service and FreshSales helps us do so. The notes, the deals, the appointments we can set, is all helpful tools to keep our business on track.

Cons

This alone is very bothersome to me and if I left would be for this. Have to add +1 in front of phone number to work with Skype, not a deal breaker but more time.
Honestly, nothing really stands out. I could complain that I don't like the color scheme for some of the dashboards, but that would just be petty of me.
The sales funnel/deals/etc aren't calibrated that well to my industry, as if you're going to make a sale you'll usually make it in one phone call.

Cons

The opt-out option for mail receivers automatcally renders that client as unqualified and will not be disturbed by mistake anymore.
Worst still, I have to follow up on the ticket since the support never proactively tells you the status of your ticket. Never opt for Freshsales! what a rip off and time waste.
I got someone to pay for a year and they only pay me for a month at a time. I was told because they could cancel but the subscription is nonrefundable.
