Pros and cons

The versatility is great. It has all the basics a CRM should have, but the ability to add-on items, or customize makes this a very useful tool.
I love how well documented the api is and how easy it is to customize the data that we want to fetch out of the api. I love how well it works with Tools such as clicddata.
Practice makes perfect so setting yourself up as a dummy contact or lead for testing is a must. With the customer support option and their quick responses it makes it overall a good exprience.
When we reported these bugs OpenCRM admitted they didn't work but if we wanted that functinoality we would have to pay for it. The email program is very bad and barely functions.
The reporting is a bit confusing and could do with being made simipliar.
I'm still figuring out how to possibly adjust some items such as leads/opportunity addresses for US format. There is county, but no state.

Overall very happy but improvements are always needed!

Pros

Excellent how all the contacts are stored in one place and connected to each sales order/invoice/purchase order! Easy to look back at history when dealing with a customer. Would recommend as great support always received via the online chat!

Cons

Can be a bit clicky trying to locate certain things. Under a contact tab to find the sales order have to click on a lot across the bottom and this can not be moved to make less clicks. Also the same problem with payments. The duplication settings in contacts can also not be set after you have started using it. The email marketing can also be tricky having to rely on stripo but its not the end of the world.

OpenCRM is easy to use, customisable, and with responsive support.

This is a very adaptable system, perfect for tracking opportunities and planning work tasks. It is a system that can grow with a company, unlocking new modules and customisations as it is adopted and utilised more.

Pros

OpenCRM is easy to use and to customise based on our business needs. System administration is user friendly, so even end users without an IT background can understand and be involved in customisation. There are many user guides available, and, when needed, the customer service is very responsive and helpful. There are many additional modules which can be utilised, such as activity management which integrates with the Calendar and is very helpful for organising workload. I find it very helpful to use the functionality available to create activity plans for opportunities which help to ensure that customer needs are met at optimum times.

Cons

Overall OpenCRM is a great system. My minor frustration has been that there are a limited number of filters in the reports. Although I generally find the number of filters available are sufficient for most purposes.

Pros

The Leads system is very helpful to use. Also the quotes and invoices.

Cons

It's more complicated in comparison to other CRM systems, there seems to be may fiddly in between bits that needs to be done. I think it could be more seamless.

Open CRM Platform Review

Good experience overall, definitely can improve a bit on user interface hence why a score of 6 in terms of referring. would be an 8 with a more solid user friendly interface.

Pros

It is very customizable and that helps set it up based on user needs

Cons

its is not great to navigate back on pages, and when creating accounts and trying to attach an account where you have multiple acccounts, when pressing back button you get an error and have to start again.

The update is really slow, the phase takes alot of days to test it.

If you are referring to general system updates and new feature updates, we always try to perform those within out-of-office hours. This means you are able to arrive at your desk the morning after an update and immediately have access to all the new and updated features. Fantastic support

I find the product easy to use on a daily basis and I am always delighted by the friendly helpful support we receive.

Pros

For what we use it for it is easy to use. There are many other functions which we have yet to explore. The team are always very helpful when I want to try something new. I love the accessibility of the support team. They are always very helpful.

Cons

It is a bit complicated to use sometimes as there are so many functions, but this will be the same with any comprehensive CRM and may be due to my lack of knowledge rather than deficiencies in the product.

Everyday management of training courses

Good, reliable with a helpful support team.

Pros

1. All the information is easily accessible 2. The reporting function is good 3. Holds information about one event with good links to background information on the company, booking contact, trainer running the course and learners

Cons

1. The search function is poor and very sensitive. 2. It hasn't, in my experience linked well with other office software. 3. Has a few points where it takes you to a different page after you have been editing.

Very Good System at a very reasonable price

Overall we are happy to have begun working with Open CRM and are looking forward to incorporate more features to our inhouse processes moving forward.

Pros

Everything is in one place and easy to use once integrated with our internal processes.

Cons

The initial set up takes a little longer than we would like. The training provided was extensive however it may benefit from being a little more focused on user requirements

Great OCRM option for SMEs

Pros

The support is phenomenal. The best support I have with any business software. The support team are personably and feel like an extension of our own business. The ability to integrate with Jotform.

Cons

The reports - the lack of ability to design the page and also options to total fields by month etc.

Keeping a handle on customer contacts and touch points is vital to keeping opportunites progressing to new business.

Pros

Easy access to all features of OpenCRM is vital either at the office or on the road. I find use of the software across my mobile phone, tablet and laptop makes ensures information is updated promptly.

Cons

Perhaps too many clicks to access some key windows. Preparation of reports needs

Improve efficiency of busness

Very helpful. Online chat sorts out most queries we have.

Pros

This software has enabled us to much more efficient and increase productivity. Particularly like quote generation which now is much more streamlined.

Cons

After using the same CRM software for over 12 years it was a little hard to begin with and we are still learning all the time. However, it was very easy to implement and has been worth it.

OpenCRM User Review

Very user friendly and is leaps and bounds ahead of our previous CRM solution (ACT) It has streamlined our maintenance renewals process and allows us to accurately track man hours vs the cost of our maintenance contracts. From this we can work out profit/loss.

Pros

Easy to navigate and very user friendly. The best feature for me is that all emails to/from clients are automatically attached to the relevant account.

Cons

When using Chrome, on occasion, if you press "back" on the webpage, you get a "confirm resubmission" error message

Inexpensive yet excellent CRM system.

Relatively simple to use, support on hand when needed. Most tasks are simple once you have read guides or asked for support. Order input can be a bit slow but suspect this could be made easier with a few tweeks

Pros

Very easy to set up, simple to modify. Does everything you may need and intergrates with other accountancy systems etc. Very handy mobile app

Cons

Although most areas are simple we are yet to get to grips with mail campaigns and importing files csv for orders. Would be good if the mobile app did more.

Pros

OpenCRM is easy to use & good value for Money- We have customised the software so that it works for our business and I especially like the helpdesk. Any queries are answered promptly and without fuss.

Cons

We haven't made use of all the available options as the work involved is quite time consuming although this is more my fault then that of OpenCRM as I haven't made the time to look at everything it could help us with!

A really good platform to have. Fits perfect for our accounts team and sales department.

A really good platform, its brilliant for all areas of the business. Brilliant for reports too. Our sales team and accounts team, admin team all use this and its really helped stream line everything into one place. Some improvements need to be done, advice line, quicker response, regular training, making sure businesses are using the full capacity of the platform.

Pros

Easy to use and the views are clear. We use this across our department and this gives us full view of companies from when we first contact them to when they become a client and continue the journey with the client.

Cons

The right pop section/ for the messenger, sometimes this gets in the way, when emails or reminders come through, as would better on the left side or a little higher up. Sometimes the system doesn't always quickly pick up duplications when searching as it's quite sensitive.Also a customer service advice line or a designated advisor would help when you do have an issues, as sometimes we don't get a answer straight away.

Great CRM for a small business

Pros

As a fairly small organisation, we find Open CRM easy to use with a handful of users. The support team are excellent when we run into any difficulties and is quick to help. I have used a range of CRMs in the past at previous organisations, some 4x the price of Open CRM but I haven't found them to be as effective or user friendly as Open CRM.

Cons

The reporting is a bit confusing and could do with being made simipliar.

Excellent experience

Pros

We are a small not for profit company and we found the other services software had lots of features that were not relevant to us, the features that were relevant were not easy to navigate. The OpenCRM team bespoke their software to meet our services needs and gave us training on how to use the range of features. Their help chat line is excellent ! quick and professionals.. please they talk through any steps in a way I (who has limited IT skills) can understand. We use the software daily.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind- we have no complains about OpenCRM

OCRM - breeze to use and superb value!

easy to quote, easy to send contracts - thats what I need.

Pros

I came from being a regular salesforce user, to me what was a relatively unknown in the CRM world. Its easy to use, easy to quote and send contracts for customer signatures.

Cons

none currently, I love it! I think if a user is deleted off the system, all their imprints are also gone - but i could be wrong?

I would of liked to have tailored the tabs on the company module a little more but there is always a workaround, that's the beauty of it.

Great CRM software

Brilliant company to work with, with friendly supportive technical team. I've always found them a pleasure to work with and they are happy to investigate work around to any challenges we throw at them.

Pros

Really good for general customer management and sales tasks, with brilliant report features.

Cons

We are a training company and the event module can be a bit repetitive at times and clunky around the edges. It has got better and we have had some development work done to help meet our needs.
