It's need to update more and has to do something different.
It's has unique features. Smart enough. Very good to use. User-friendly. Clean
Old. Not enough updated. Less features. Low demand on market.

I like the user-friendly interface and crosslinking abilities within Microsoft products and this software.
I dislike that it doesn't interface with Oracle well.

The product had great scalability and Windows look and feel which added in user satisfaction; easy to access to Excel and used standard SQL db
Converting older Oracle data to new Dynamics was difficult; having to recreate chart of accounts was difficult

We deployed Microsoft Dynamics CRM a little over a year ago and have very mixed feelings about it. We went with the cloud version of Dynamics instead of on-premise, leading to us having almost zero control over versioning and updates. Users report pop-up error boxes constantly on all platforms used to access it (Outlook, web, and mobile app).
Can handle large amounts of data Cloud version is scalable on demand, including storage database No resource limits on # of users accessing system at the same time Easy to manage subscription-based licenses
Little to no control over version updates No warning on license structure changes Major platform updates can wipe out any customization that has been done Little to no support on Mac

the dynamics platform allows for easy integration to other applications, including Microsoft Outlook, which makes this CRM a great tool for any business, large or small.
marketing add on tools are not as robust as other crm platforms perform.

It have employee level access to track advances and expenses in our organization. Also we report sales without any hassle.
Its reports are not easy to download or use like any other top accounting applications like SAP & oracle.

It is more agile and versatile than Oracle or SAP, and is easy to deploy to users.
Microsoft supported, always works with other MS suite products, and it runs on a terminal server environment easing the multiple users configs (called TTS50 files) which can burden IT support. It also has really good reporting available in it via Management Reporter
It requires installation by a MS Gold support partner, and a support agreement with that vendor which can seem burdensome to SMB's.

For companies who need to run their CRM on-premise for security or other reasons, Microsoft Dynamics CRM does what Salesforce cannot
Salesforce's platform and ecosystem is much more extensive. There are plenty of apps to extend Salesforce across features and industries

Collect data from difference sources and then processed it to make a decision
I like the easy to navigate the functions to keep record and prepare reports as per the requirement.
I like the flexibility of working with multiple factors which is preset by the demand
