OSI Feedback enables users to configure customizable, one question email surveys with their own text and links, and easily import customer email addresses individually, or through CSV upload. Users can do a quick search by ratings to view customers that rated the business the highest, and identify and engage top brand advocates with incentives to promote the business to their audience. Businesses can also set up directed feedback options which direct customers based on their response, or have customers perform different actions based on their answers to the survey. OSI Feedback’s customizable ratings graph enables users to configure a custom graph which allows them to see results via an easy-to-read line graph.
