making payments to paypal recurring is only pro. I also have issue with minimum characters in this field.
colors not easy to manage paid for sms and not getting alerts from system on email or sms reported issue to support with no effective response

I am sorry to hear that your experience has not been better than that, we usually do not get any complaints about alerts not getting through. Please be in touch with Live Chat to get that sorted if you experience that again. Most of the booking systems out there do not allow for any customization when it comes to colors etc. where as you can play a lot with the look of your templates in our system. If you are not happy with the results you can get a html coder to adjust it exactly according to your brand, should be easy for most html coders, so maybe that would be worth the try. I recommend the product all the time. It is like having a virtual assistant!
Ease of use has been the biggest pro. Clients can easily book meetings and receive reminders as well as staff members. It is like having a virtual assistant managing your calendar!
While the program is easy to use, sometimes it can be a bit difficult on where to find the items you want to update. I find I search through many of the menu options before finding what I was looking for

We're a float tank/sauna business. The booking revolves around picking your time-slot at using one of our three float tanks and in the future a infrared sauna. The simplicity of the system allows our clients to quickly and easily turn their interest in what we're offering into an actual booking. I believe if the booking process was more complicated, the customer purchase rate would be far less.
The fact that it actually renders nicely for our clients that book using their mobile phone! This is a major PRO. The competitor cloud solutions that we tested out didn't meet this expectation.
Trying out features safely without affecting your actual LIVE store. But the friendly staff at SimplyBook.me went above and beyond to even accommodate this requirement!

I love this booking system. I have tried a dozen or so different systems and nothing compares to it. We use it for clients to go on our website and book archery lessons. it is very simple to use, works well with iPhone mobile apps, and does a great job with reminders. Pro: - sends reminder notices to clients - Allows customers to write reviews - Customisable booking times/dates - Saves hours of manually booking - Seamless Google calendar integration Cons: - Costs $20.00/mo minimum
