Pros

While at the time of this writing, there are still a few features I'd like to see compared to a more mature product, it's clean, functional and the support is awesome.
I love the easy to use features and the ability to customize each event to our branding. Customer Service response time is fast with excellent follow-up from our representative.
The ability to collect robust, custom information from clients is very helpful. Recently-added capacities to work in teams/groups and to manage events with multiple dates are very welcome.

Pros

We use ticket leap for all our VIP ticketing and have had great success. It's a great service we recommend to all.
We have used this for several clients and really love it as we do annual events and it easy to duplicate an event when you do it year after year.
Easy, User friendly & Beautiful Event Management System.

Cons

I don't like that to pay with an invoice customers have to click "OFFLINE", which is very confusing and often unclear that this option will allow them to do an invoice.
We began leveraging the power of Picatic about halfway through the 2015 Season of the Stanstead House Concerts Network. My only regret is that we should have started earlier.
I have no negative comments regarding the software at this time. I wish you could have more historical data and keep more of your past events on the site, but that would be my only comment.

Cons

I don't recall having any particular complaints.
Difficult to do reservations that are paid at the door.
They told us they would now be paying us after our event takes places which means we had to cancel it as the venue requires payment up front.
