Pros

Secondly, the system works great, it has many great features and I enjoyed using it.I was able to easily figure every piece of the system out with relative ease. Also, love the widget feature.
They constantly strive to improve their product and improve the user experience. I would recommend it to any company looking to improve their processes.
Ease of use, and reliability are amazing. But my FAVORITE thing is definitely the staff app.

Pros

With my previous software, I never felt like they listened to my concerns. MyStudio is always asking us what we need and how they can improve their software to be the best in the industry.
Great customer service, innovative and forward thinking development team. My experience with MyStudio has always been positive and pleasant from the onset.
It's amazing to wake up to purchases and memberships sold. The best thing is the ease of use.

Cons

It's been nothing but trouble since we started using it. Its not intuitive and the system has many ridiculous limitations.
Probably one of the worst features is that if someone is on an autopay contract/membership and their payment fails, it's not very obvious.
They have been charging more and more each month, and they blame it on the merchant processor, who then blames it back on FrontDesk HQ.

Cons

Appointments function is awful. Class types and memberships restrictive and not fully customisable.
Billing is terrible and will cause double charging issues and confusion.
Poor functionality in reporting, leading to (sometimes expensive) billing and membership errors. Sub-standard smartphone app.
