How to sign and collect waivers with Docusign in Front Desk

Video Transcript

Speakers in this video: Jimmy (GetApp) and Nicki (Pike13)

Jimmy: In this video you'll learn how to sign and collect waivers using Docusign in FrontDesk.

Nicki: You can even collect a waiver. We looked at on this other roster. We have somebody that didn’t have a waiver signed. I think it might have been in here.

Again, even if I'm on my phone I can click here and click the waiver. Because of our integration with Docusign, they could just sign it with their finger on my phone. On the desktop it's going to open up the document on the computer for the client to sign.

The business gets to configure the document themselves. They get to say what is their liability text, where they want the client to sign. If they're on a device, like I said, they would sign with their finger. It populates there. Once it's signed we store it in the client profile and it's also stored at the Docusign as well.

Going forward, if I ever needed to access this client's document, I could come in to her client profile, go to Signed documents and I can see that she signed it and the date that she signed it.

Jimmy: Is the integration with Docusign an optional feature that requires a cost or is this included?

Nicki: It's included. It's part of the FrontDesk fee.

Jimmy: Visit getapp.com to discover, compare and choose the right apps for your business.
