I was contacted my Act! that the version of my software was going to be discontinued.

A great sales tool

Pipedrive has acted as my personal assistant, reminding me of follow up calls, appointments, and notes taken on businesses.

Pros

I like the ease of which I can electronically keep track of my sales leads and process. It's very convenient to look up a contact or business and remind myself of the last communication we've had, notes that I took, etc.

Cons

Sometimes I do not have use for all of the tabs in the leads process.

Awesome product

Before we switched, we were using ACT!, and after about 10 hours of ACT!

Pros

Ease of use, customizability, mobile integration, email app integration...the list grows more as I use more of the features.

Cons

I guess the only thing I don't like is that you can't have a fancy signature with logos/pictures/etc.

Awesome CRM for an aspiring startup

Pros

The simplicity of the entire system and how that this is the only thing I need to keep track of all our sales leads. And adding to this, if there ever is a problem or a function that I would like to add - the backend team is always there to help.

Cons

Small stuff here and there, but as the backend team are quick to act on advices and opinions these are usually the fixed immediately.

Easily adaptive and customisable to do what YOU need it to do

Pros

Pipedrive is so simple to use and customisable as a product to be what YOU need it to be , rather than imposing on you what it thinks you need as sales/management platform. Once you've become confident in its use (all of 10 minutes) you find that you can tweak so many functions to really deliver value for your work, and communication of the status and $. The monthly low cost per user access means costs don't spiral. We use pipedrive for many aspects from sales, to account management, CRM and newsletters, to project management and tech process tracking.

Cons

The removal of the support of the web form/email api (so inbound enquiries from our website straight to pipedrive to act as sales leads) was frustrating.

Have a play around. We took the feedback from various departments as an ongoing project and allow them to build out their areas as they need. The Pipedrive platform has some great features, it's cheap to use.

CRM application of note

I was introduced to pipeline drive by a friend .I initially accepted the trial period but after 3days sign up for the premium account and this for a good price. I am presenting to my management next week to sign up for all 35 sales staff in our company .This is the real deal ....as some one said to me last week when i showed Pipelinedrive to her ," To look at the Sales cycle is actually uplifting snd inspirational"

Forces you to start thinking how you spent your time Absolutely inspirational to know where you going is a big plus You act on what is in front of you no more wate of time

Try out PipeDrive for free for 30 days. It will help you to keep track of important notes, phone calls, emails, meetings, etc. Once a deal is in the works, you can track that too. The live dashboard is a great tool to see your sales.

The 'Get Work Done' CRM Tool

I have been a very happy customer, in contrast to my experience 3 years ago with Zoho.

Pros

Also, it might be notable that I have previous experience using NetSuite, Salesforce, Goldmine, Act, Siebel, Onyx, and Oracle, so I'm well versed.
