Pros

We moved to PipeDrive after that and I must say that we were so happy that we took that decision. The best feature of PipeDrive is that it provides a very good visibility of the pipe line.
We were using Highrise before and then switched to Pipedrive. It's a super powerful tool that integrates well with other services like Zapier and Zoho.
I had to have someone help me to get everything initially set up. However, once everything was set up and running, this has been a great asset and time saver to our campaign.

Pros

Ease of use is important, great results are more important. We get them both with Avercast.
Ve had great success with the robust forecasting methods. I also like the ability to review and set forecast across different levels of detail.
If we had questions or needed help they were right there. They are a classy team that treat you like family.

Cons

Everyone was stepping on each other's toes and had no idea who was called and what was discussed. Some inquiries were never replied to (just lost).
It has brought much convenience in my life. I failed to find any thing that creates troubles to me.
Just about the only limitation I encounter is the fact that I cannot automatically send out an email (or other "action") based on an anniversary date (missing trigger).

Cons

But I am still worried how Avercast will push forecasts through to D3FO because I have been unable to do so.
There is a learning curve, some of my users have a difficult navigating the menu. The look and feel of the software is outdated.
The Avercast team is incredible. Always on the cutting edge.
