The reminders I get on my Pipedrive app have helped me close deals I wouldn't ordinarily have.

Cons

I think the task reminder ... I only get one reminder via email a day. Perhaps if it could remind me more than once. But this is such a small thing ...

Awesome Sales pipeline app and basic CRM

Pros

Really easy to use and does it's job superbly. Every company needs sales but many people find they let sales slip through the cracks with poor follow up and random notes all over the place. Pipedrive makes tracking and optimising your sales pipeline a 5 min job. Good integrations with a range of scheduling and email marketing apps make it really easy to plug in to your existing infrastructure

Cons

It' really hard to fault Pipedrive. it's simple, does what it's designed to do very well. It might be useful to be able to better share information between users but that's a minor gripe.

Tracking my sales and it helps me focus on closing the next deal

Pros

Very easy to onboard my team, visual and intuitive. We use the software every day and I monitor the forecast and tasks that my team has to move each deal forward.

Cons

Need to add Gmail integration I think this would help with adoption along with the ability to schedule emails. This would help with client engagement.

Pros

Ease of use and simplicity is what I like most. It can do a lot but it is not overburdened with features that I would not use.

Cons

That I cannot schedule an activity across all contacts in a particular group. I do some follow ups in bulk mail and I cannot annotate that in my records easily.

Great tool for sales teams, we experienced an increase in revenue and sales closes after implementation.

Pros

Easy installation and setup, excellent overview of the sales process. Processes that are very time consuming can be very straightforward.

Cons

Nothing really, in the beginning it was hard to roll out, but it's a tool that the team has kept in their arsenal for follow ups with clients.

One of our company's values is "Easy as F#*K. Pipedrive fits in with our company values perfectly. We are a high growth start up and leading the field in SaaS for the transport industry. We have new sales staff starting across the world all the time and of course we needed a CRM that we could send an invite out and without any training the new guys could pick up the software and run with it. Pipedrive pulls this off with style. It's simple and packed with features and we just love it.

Pipedrive performs better than expected!

It helped my sales team keep track of leads and focus in on the closing of deals.

Pros

This is actually a godsend for my sales force as they are able to handle leads fairly easily to cut to the chase and close the sale.

Cons

Pricing is a little bit out of range for most SME's. And cloud-based can sometimes be a setback when there are connectivity problems.

Pros

It gives me all I need to close a sale without the clutter of what I don't need!

Cons

The only thing I would change would be the visibility of each deal in various Pipedrives. I would like to be able to see a few other options for this. Other than that, I think this product really has what you need to make a ton of sales. It has tons of 3rd party apps as add-ons and I have found that to be very helpful. It's priced great!

Very nice and easy to manage your contacts

Pros

You see the stages and move each prospect thru the stages until you close - almost like playing a game.

Cons

Setup can be a little challenging if you do not have experience with other CRM systems - it is not terribly hard but take good notes as to what you did and what you want - I always liked creating a map for all my fields

Overall the best prospecting and sales tool I've used. It could be better as a CRM, but more than makes up for it in excelling as a pipeline tool

Pros

How intuitive and visual Pipedrive is. I've used others that are more of a traditional CRM, but for people looking to nurture their pipeline and drive sales, Pipedrive is the best I've used. It's also incredibly helpful to see the value of all the deals in your pipeline. Seeing that you have x amount of dollars in your pipeline is always a great motivator to get on the phone.

Cons

It could function better as a CRM, it will help you close more deals, but its not the best for tracking client relationships once the deal is closed

Very good and solid software. It is among the top CRM names for a reason - it has earned its place.

Pros

Pipedrive is one of the most "comfortable" to use, the feel is very natural, it takes you step by step towards closing those sales.

Cons

As with all robust software there is going to be a setup that is going to take a while, there is no way to avoid that. Yet this program is well worth the time.

The pro was that I was able to set important alarms and it will display with red banners inside the funnel, very important for that people that you need to pay special attention in order to close the business

Cons

The cons are that it has not a marketing platform for uploading docs and creating CTA buttons in other to catch new visitors inside your webpage

I cannot recommend it high enough if you are looking for a tool to keep you closing deals.

Pros

It is easy to use. Powerful. And I love how the ios app is just as powerful as the web app. I like making phone call directly from the app - It allows me to document the call and schedule the follow up call all from the phone app. Also the Stats are incredible.

Cons

Very little I find wrong with the service. And when I have had an issue the the support is always responsive

Pros

We use pipedrive for email marketing and Close.io for cold calling.

Cons

When importing the prospects from a CSV if there are duplicates in the file, it doesn't detect that and gets added just like an other contact. There are no option to segment the contact in to different categories.

If you are interested in good CRM then try PipeDrive. They don't have a few things, but their technical support will solve all your problems.

Pros

Awesome UI Best filtration and search Nothing extra Not overloaded Very fast

Cons

If your database more than 100K contacts, you will be disconnected, because you will ...."impacted our infrastructure".... When you try to solve a problem and chat with technical support, you will be ignored. But there is no public limitation. Try to use. Are you lucky? Maybe not and your work will be suspended immediately. And then you will long try to switch to another platform without any help from those support. Maximum you will have a day.

Have used everything – Salesforce, InfusionSoft, Pipedrive, Sugar, etc.

Pros

Automated tracking, in-app calling, in-app email, bulk email, filtering, reporting, real-time dashboard.

Cons

Higher cost per seat than some others (but obviously well worth it for me, and most others).

Pros

Fast and easy to set up. Great customer service. Transparent costs.

Cons

Maybe I would like it to work better in mobile. But that's mainly for me and not for my sales team. But apart from that I can't fin any cons.
