Pros

Overall, Pipedrive has been an awesome tool. It helps stay focused on the most important stuff.
The quote management function is the best part of this, reminding you of outstanding quotes and previous approved deals.
Pipedrive is now the most preferred sales management tool for our portfolio companies, and it is perfect not to mention the beauty of its interface.

Pros

Best thing about it is the seamless integration with Gmail and the plugin that it provides within the email. Really like their training / help centre.
My experience with Copper has been great. I have really loved using the tool and I think overall it’s a great management software.
It's easy to use, easy to set up, great customer service, easy to customize, great value and easily the best CRM I've ever used. The Gmail integration is amazing and the whole team loves the product.

Cons

My biggest issue was during the implementation process. We quickly found their programming to be inferior to SalesForce and decided to cut our losses to spend a little more on them.
BUT when we saw that they charged us again for a full year we asked to cancel the service and they refuse to refund us for the unused year because they already charged it.
The customer service and the overall functionality of this product is terrible.

Cons

Worse, the feature is getting worse over time, which points to an out-of-control development process. For a more complete exploration, check this thread.
Any mistakes during data imports caused all sorts of data problems. There is no automating of drip email campaigns.
The company buries a sentence that allows them to charge you for an entire extra year after you cancel, which they don't remind you about (obviously, why bury that clause otherwise).

Best for small businesses

I'm the owner of a small business and I spent a full month testing CRMs (Zoho, Salesforce, Copper/Prosperworks, Hubspot, Pipedrive). I was looking for something easy-to-use that I could easily implement with my employees without tons of training. So far Pipedrive has been amazing. Their customer support is better than almost any other company I work with. They're quick to respond and always know how to help.

Pros

Gmail sync, easy-to-use without much training, incredible customer support, tracking of people/companies with custom tags for organization, most things customize-able, very cost-effective

Cons

Nothing major, a few picky things like no auto-login, and when I add a person or organization, it's not possible to get all the fields I need in the quick-add pop-up.

The CRM for sales team on Gsuite

I've used a lot of CRMs, from Salesforce to Pipedrive. Copper is hands down the best. Easy to use, easy for the team to adopt but still very powerful under the hood.

Pros

Automated data entry. Pre-populates a lot of my contacts data so adding new leads is a simple point and click. The gmail integration is amazing. I can get a clear picture of my entire relationship from where I work - gmail. Im really starting loving the workflow automations and cool calculated fields I can make now.

Cons

I'd like to see a better native integration with an email automation software

A breath of fresh air in the CRM world

Pros

The task automation is brilliant and something other CRMs were sorely lacking. Further, the segmentation of leads and opportunities is very nice. We consider Copper to sit somewhere between Pipedrive (which we used to use - too basic now) and Salesforce (way too complex), which is ideal for us.

Cons

whilst the gmail integration is very nice, it's annoying that we can't add someone as a lead directly from an email - only as an opportunity. Not sure why they've done this, as we get many leads via email that aren't "onboarded" yet so would be nice to be able to add them as such.

Streamlined data input, clean design, great API

More Awesomeness for my sales team

Pros

Gmail extension is really all you need for data input. Very clean design. I love the Google Sheets add on and all of the triggers and actions you can set up with Zapier. I have used many CRMS (pipedrive, base, close.io and salesforce) and recently compared prosperworks head on with Salesforce - prosperworks ultimately won out due to ease of set up and the gmail extension.

Cons

We have a lot of legacy prospects and so it's helpful to see emails from 12 months or older from other reps at our company, unfortunately those emails don't get pulled in to the contacts activity history if older than 12 months.

Disappointed on many fronts

I had high hopes when making the transition from Pipedrive to Copper. I was interested in custom reports and overall more customization of the product when compared to Pipedrive. The trial period went well with the software and the help from support in the transition, but ultimately we were pushed to commit to the paid account before we could test everything needed for our business. We paid the annual...

Pros

I liked the ability to do customized reporting, gsuite integrations and overall customization of the CRM.

Cons

The customer service was helpful to certain level. They helped us transition through the trial period in the software but ultimately I was pushed to commit to the product before we could fully test everything we needed. The CRM is somewhat cluttered and the UI is a little too subtle. Specifically the opportunities pipeline and tasks due really don't come forward visually because the status color dots for upcoming task, ect are too small and the color contrast is too low. Pipedrive did a much better job at this quick visual communication for the user showing what might be overdue, coming due, etc.

Great product, built on the best email provider!

- We used to use Pipedrive before Copper however when we got to know about this tool we have been really pleased with the decision to migrate to this tool - I carried on the migration for my company and I faced little to no challenges in order to migrate my data - Since, we need to work on it daily it is really a good experience to handle this tool - Feed back from the team has been great as well.

Pros

-Best thing about it is the seamless integration with Gmail and the plugin that it provides within the email. - Really like their training / help centre - Workfllow automation is great, been using it a lot - Get good reports out of these, especially the sales forecast and activites

Cons

- If I were to point out, it would be that they do not have a continuous support over livechat on weekends for certain hours. - There isn't a direct way to get a report out of copper for any opportunities that have been moved to a particular stage at a particular time
