Really great among all CRM tools if need more power than Hubspot CRM and don't want to shell out dollars for Salesforce. The mobile app is especially good among CRM tools.
Pipedrive has some of the best integrations have seen at that price point in any industry -- the customer lookup in Trello being a prime example. The overall product quality is also incredibly high -- e.g., we can see all export reports ever pulled in the system for audit purposes.
The biggest gap is consistent with almost any CRM on the market -- while we can drag & drop or bulk change statuses of tasks in spreadsheet mode, we can't change the task order within stage. Pipedrive *does* have some capability to hack this which we did on occasion -- specifically, just change up the event dates in the tasks and assign a custom field to be your actual due date -- it was clunky but it worked, and ultimately just use Trello for deal management.

Having assessed PipeDrive while looking at other CRMs, I like the ease of workflow compared to other tools like Insightly.
At the end of the day the functionality offered didn't justify the price for a small business so we went with the free version of Hubspot CRM for now.

We decided to change from Hubspot to Pipedrive because we were not using all of Hubspot's features, considering many of them are more B2C oriented. Pipedrive is great as a CRM and super sales-oriented.
Pipedrive is super sales-oriented. It is analytical, clear, and easy to use. It has amazing automatization features for outbound sales.
The deploy was a lot harder than expected. The pricing is a bit salty as well.

Positive overall. Their customer service team did try to help out when I ran into issues setting everything up. However, the fact I had so many issues setting it up and customizing the platform was a big turn off. And as I mentioned before, I tried 20+ CRM’s so I’m very familiar with how to set one up.
When Hubspot stopped working because of technical errors I started trying literally every CRM I could find. Pipedrive was definitely one of my favorites because of its price and features. Customer service was also pretty good and responsive.
Ultimately the fact that I couldn’t use my custom email signature was why I didn’t go with Pipedrive. I also didn’t like the overall UI, it seemed a bit outdated to me and it was harder to navigate than other CRM’s I tried.

Overall we’ve been very happy with Pipedrive. We’ve integrated it with PandaDocs for contract management and Xero for finance with ease and are exploring other useful integrations
Pipedrive is very easy to configure, customise and use, inexpensive and integrated with other popular tools.
It’s a pure CRM so you can’t expect it to do all that the HubSpot suite does, for instance. But if managing leads, keeping track of your pipeline and maintaining your customer data is what you’re striving for then Pipedrive is a great find

Bottomline is that it is custom made for small teams comprises of few avid salesperson, which tends to push the product to its extremities and above all it is definitely true that it drives positive competition among employees and forces sales.
Being a Frequent user of CRM such as Salesforce, Asana and Hubspot to name a few, Pipedrive is the one custom-made for small teams and to drive sales ahead than others. Stratagies are made more efficient and outcomes are positive. convenient to use and manoeuverable to pass through steps.
It forces user to avoid e-mail, communication and messages as an anti-avoidance to push through steps. It can be less Stubborn.

With Pipedrive I can easily track and manage my leads on a daily basis.
Pipedrive is very intuitive to use. Easy to parameter, no headhache. It features an automated import process to switch from one CRM to the other without losing any data. On top of it, it is really cheap compared to Hubspot and tailor-made for entrepreneurs ! Support is available and very friendly. Go for it.
I do not really like the mobile version because I do not see the point of using it

By putting all of your prospects in the program you remember who and when you need to follow up on. I also lets you know what was said last and what you told them. It also has a place for keeping all of the emails you have sent them.
You can build your own pipe line timeing for your business. By putting in your time table for your product or service you know when to follow up with them. It makes you look like you are on the ball at all times.
This software is called a CRM but it is more of a business tracker than a CRM.

Great tool! Excited for a future use-case that will warrant full use of it.
Pipedrive was something we did a free trial on when we were focused on building our inside sales team. Was really intuitive, I really liked it. A lot. Honestly we'll probably go back to them eventually. Hubspot's free version just suffices for the time-being.
It didn't have as generous of a "free" tier as Hubspot does. But that isn't necessarily a bad thing, per-say. In our early stages, we just haven't been able to justify switching. But I do like it better than Hubspot.

I realized I had a bunch of emails dying in my inbox. Pipedrive helped me get them out of there easily and made sure that I was following up on them regularly. The very first day I used it I followed up on a deal that was languishing in my inbox and I got a project out of it. It is easy to use.
Not as fully featured as Hubspot but a lot cheaper and handles my most important tasks.

Pipedrive provides a great solution for keeping track of prospects, where they are in the sales process, how much revenue has been won/lost, and key metrics for focusing efforts in the most worthy activities. It's so intuitive and sleek design. Has everything you need for your sales efforts
Ease of use, user friendly, minimalist CRM yet has all the tools/functionalities that you would use from a more expensive product
Very slight learning curve, especially if you've used a crm in the past. But, this is the case with most crm software

Pipedrive is the CRM I've been looking for, love it so far. The only things preventing me from giving you guys 5 stars are the following: Nearly every time I log in the organizations that I have previously "merged," are suddenly "un-merged." It's almost as though some data is getting pushed through that is creating duplicate organizations. It's rather annoying, and I can't figure out why it's happening. And no, I haven't submitted a support ticket on the issue yet. I wish Pipedrive would pull in social media profiles for my contacts (a la Hubspot CRM and Nimble CRM). But there's no way I'm leaving Pipedrive anytime soon. It's a great fit for my sales process.

Overall experience was good but we had to move as we tried to scale up and required advanced reporting and point and click integration with certain tool that were not available at that point in time.
-Very clean product-Great UI - very intuitive -Does a good Sales CRM for companies trying to start their Sales process-Decent reporting
-Does not compare to the current market leaders - SF, Hubspot etc-Not for heavy lifting-Advance reporting not available

It was good for tracking the various sales pipelines we had going on but not superior to alternatives.
It was an OK CRM for our small company however, it was not worth the price especially with free softwares out there.
The price was the main detractor. There really wasn't much gain for the price compared to Hubspot or Zoho.

Super easy to use, well prices. I think the biggest advantage for my team is the reporting module - easy to customise reports.
Maybe it could have more fancy stuff to help generate/manage leads from the marketing perspective. It simply could have more features around lead generation or maybe some AI to help us get more out of our leads (more deals)

I love that Pipedrive features a clean design, great email integration, and well thought out visual sales pipeline. It also makes it easy to know what deals need attention while looking at your pipeline, the automations help you spend less time using the software and more time selling, and it is also very customisable.

Experience with Zoho, Pipedrive, Salesforce and others... Hubspot is my favorite so far for small teams.
I really like the BCC feature to send emails that are recorded in Hubspot! And it is for free.
Hubspot is too expensive when you go beyond the free version of the CRM.

I would say that HubSpot CRM is definitely a powerhouse software for sure... HubSpot had a number of great features that any business would need.
Powerhouse software for sure, but didn't have the clear, concise data that I was used to having with BaseCRM or Pipedrive. Ended up not going with HubSpot

I now get to know when a prospect has read my email. That is really useful.
I like how it will tell me when someone has opened my emails. I used to pay for PipeDrive and PipeDrive didn't even integrate with my email unless I went to the higher plan. Hubspot did it for free! I also really like how it automatically pulls data about the companies of your contacts. It will tell you where the headquarters are, revenue, and number of employees etc.
This seems silly but it is actually kind of annoying. The columns in the deals pipeline are too wide! I have to scroll over to see the steps in the pipeline. I want to be able to see all the stages at once, not only half of it at a time. This could be accomplished with a slight reformatting of the page.

absolutely perfect if goals are price point and only track contact info, and realize will want to manage actual deal flow through some task management tool.
Hubspot is absolutely great as a CRM so long as you plan to use another tool for actual deal flow -- if your goal is to track names, contact info, notes, and docs, along with email traffic, Hubspot is perfect. Hubspot also has about the best import and export capability, and the auto-linking to external domain logos is wonderful -- really great job of minimizing contact updates.
Like almost every other CRM, Hubspot *lacks* the capability to drag and drop tasks to plan your day or week -- so managing deals is next to impossible and salesforce too expensive. Pipedrive has some ability to do so, however, only across stages of the deal and not within the stage; if you don't mind shelling out a few dollars, Pipedrive also has better Trello and other integrations, e.g., looking up a contact in Trello to manage the deals.
