Really great among all CRM tools if need more power than Hubspot CRM and don't want to shell out dollars for Salesforce. The mobile app is especially good among CRM tools.
Pipedrive has some of the best integrations have seen at that price point in any industry -- the customer lookup in Trello being a prime example. The overall product quality is also incredibly high -- e.g., we can see all export reports ever pulled in the system for audit purposes.
The biggest gap is consistent with almost any CRM on the market -- while we can drag & drop or bulk change statuses of tasks in spreadsheet mode, we can't change the task order within stage. Pipedrive *does* have some capability to hack this which we did on occasion -- specifically, just change up the event dates in the tasks and assign a custom field to be your actual due date -- it was clunky but it worked, and ultimately just use Trello for deal management.

Having assessed PipeDrive while looking at other CRMs, I like the ease of workflow compared to other tools like Insightly.
At the end of the day the functionality offered didn't justify the price for a small business so we went with the free version of Hubspot CRM for now.

Positive overall. Their customer service team did try to help out when I ran into issues setting everything up. However, the fact I had so many issues setting it up and customizing the platform was a big turn off. And as I mentioned before, I tried 20+ CRM’s so I’m very familiar with how to set one up.
When Hubspot stopped working because of technical errors I started trying literally every CRM I could find. Pipedrive was definitely one of my favorites because of its price and features. Customer service was also pretty good and responsive.
Ultimately the fact that I couldn’t use my custom email signature was why I didn’t go with Pipedrive. I also didn’t like the overall UI, it seemed a bit outdated to me and it was harder to navigate than other CRM’s I tried.

Overall we’ve been very happy with Pipedrive. We’ve integrated it with PandaDocs for contract management and Xero for finance with ease and are exploring other useful integrations
Pipedrive is very easy to configure, customise and use, inexpensive and integrated with other popular tools.
It’s a pure CRM so you can’t expect it to do all that the HubSpot suite does, for instance. But if managing leads, keeping track of your pipeline and maintaining your customer data is what you’re striving for then Pipedrive is a great find

Bottomline is that it is custom made for small teams comprises of few avid salesperson, which tends to push the product to its extremities and above all it is definitely true that it drives positive competition among employees and forces sales.
Being a Frequent user of CRM such as Salesforce, Asana and Hubspot to name a few, Pipedrive is the one custom-made for small teams and to drive sales ahead than others. Stratagies are made more efficient and outcomes are positive. convenient to use and manoeuverable to pass through steps.
It forces user to avoid e-mail, communication and messages as an anti-avoidance to push through steps. It can be less Stubborn.

With Pipedrive I can easily track and manage my leads on a daily basis.
Pipedrive is very intuitive to use. Easy to parameter, no headhache. It features an automated import process to switch from one CRM to the other without losing any data. On top of it, it is really cheap compared to Hubspot and tailor-made for entrepreneurs ! Support is available and very friendly. Go for it.
I do not really like the mobile version because I do not see the point of using it

By putting all of your prospects in the program you remember who and when you need to follow up on. I also lets you know what was said last and what you told them. It also has a place for keeping all of the emails you have sent them.
You can build your own pipe line timeing for your business. By putting in your time table for your product or service you know when to follow up with them. It makes you look like you are on the ball at all times.
This software is called a CRM but it is more of a business tracker than a CRM.

I realized I had a bunch of emails dying in my inbox. Pipedrive helped me get them out of there easily and made sure that I was following up on them regularly. The very first day I used it I followed up on a deal that was languishing in my inbox and I got a project out of it. It is easy to use.
Not as fully featured as Hubspot but a lot cheaper and handles my most important tasks.
