Track and measure to increase sales conversion

Pipedrive makes tracking and measuring really simple. You can build a custom sales pipeline and design your sales deals, quickly and easily. I have helped clients in the Financial Planning industry build and manage their CRM using Pipedrive,.

What do you like best?

Fast and easy customization. Super intuitive interface. Great user experience.

What do you dislike?

Where is the obvious "download vCard" function? It seems that getting contacts into and out of Pipedrive is a little clunky. It may be my lack of experience and understanding, but it should be as easy as the rest of the application.

Why did you end up selecting Pipedrive over other applications?

Ease of use, and especially the way you view deals vs. activities. I like the GTD style thinking and philosophy behind Pipedrive, prompting the user to add the next activity.
