Positive.
It was affordable. Not as many bells and whistles as salesforce, but useful for a small org.
Limited sorting features. I didn’t think the main dashboard was set up intuitively.

Honestly, I love the clean, clutter free look and feel of this software. There a ton of other softwares out there to track sales and the process but some are clunky and dated but pipe drive gives you a clean visual of real time results. Also, the slack integration is huge!
i truly can't think of any on this yet. The learning curve is easy compared to other software changes

We are fairly new to Pipedrive. As admins we have been tasked with setting this up for our sales team. It is fairly easy to get going and the system UI is well though out. Particularly impressed by the Smart Docs feature which will save the Sales Team 'a lot' of time going forward.
As a Freshdesk and Atlassian admin, I am really surprised by the restrictive nature of PipeDrives automations. It doesn't feel like you can do too much in this area.

-Flexibility - I simply can do (almost) everything I want. =) -Automation possibilities - the API is perfect! -User experience and inteligent interfaces
-It doesn´t show on the home screen the date and time of the tasks that are assigned to each deal -Also, it doesn´t send a notification 5 minutes before the time a task is assigned, so, I only that I´m late when it turns red. Between green and red status, it should be a alert or, even another colour sign. -It doesn´t let me check the average time i take to drive deals from funnel stage A to B, it only shows me the this information from first to last funnel stage.

Very positive experience to date. Really helping me sort out my business! Still not sure how to link emails and contacts without creating 'Deals' but I'm sure the very helpful and friendly team at Pipedrive would help if I asked I'm just rather busy at the moment.
Easy to use. Does what I need it to do! Brilliant getting emailed reminders on daily activities.
As I said need to sort out how I get emails not generated in the system on to the system without creating a load of deals or maybe this is how it is done?
Hi, Emma. With the Smart Email BCC, when you forward an email to Pipedrive, a person is automatically created if they don¿t exist already. To see the e-mails connected to the person, just go to the person details and you should be able to see the e-mail thread. Deals are not automatically created however. If you would like to see the e-mail thread within a deal, you can connect the person to a deal and it will be visible. I like how seamless it is with other products. You can import and export data easily! The setup was simple and I loved that I could share information across the company without any barriers.
Sometimes I can't filter the data with created categories. It can be a challenge to figure out how to do things, I reached out to support but I was redirected to a how-to video. I have a hard time watching something explaining how to complete a task, I would much prefer someone tell me how to do it quickly instead of watching an 8 minute video.

The communication between Pipedrive and gmail is very helpful, but there are some features missing that make it difficult to trust whole-heartedly. PipeDrive is part of the tools that help us move forward. We find that PipeDrive is an essential tool for managing a startup and advance deals.
I like least that I cannot create multiple access and pipelines for each of my customers. I recommend creating various pipeline to manage multiple projects.

At first we wanted to work with amoCRM, but decided to try PipeDrive. That was a mistake. Of the advantages I can single out the ability to monitor the sources of traffic and the low probability of losing data, as the system makes a backup to several servers at once.
Subscribing to this management system costs almost twice as much as amoCRM, and less functions. It does not record the history of interaction with customers, filters are not saved, there is no integration with the IP phone. In general, it is not worth the money.

The system is extremely easy to use. The user interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. There is an open API which makes it easy to integrate Pipedrive with other applications that we use every day. The cost is also very affordable compared to Salesforce.
The reporting features could be more robust in that we should be able to save custom reports and report on information without exporting to excel first. It doesn't integrate with as many applications out there as it's competitors, but I am sure that will get better with time.

We have recently started using pipedrive for marketing & sales outreach and I am really impressed with this tool. The UI of this tool is great and I can easily get the functions of this tool. I like the filter feature of this tool. I can filter all our leads easily with this tool. Moreover, this tool is reasonably priced
The one flaw with this is that If I sent 100 mails in a day it becomes difficult to find a specific lead. The search function of this tool is not good

Pipedrive makes it simple and straightforward for you: a clear visual overview of your clients, the stage of the contract and it`s outcome. It Lets you divide your customers and leads in different categories and track the development of deals. Something that could be really complicated is made extremely simple thanks to Pipedrive. Awesome tool!

My overall experience with Pipedrive was satisfactory. I recommended it to the new sales guys. However, I switched into another sales CRM from Pipedrive for better integration options.
It's easy to use. The user interface is beautiful and I can navigate easily through the section and tools. However, this is purely a sales CRM for visual execution and I recommend it for a starter sales professional.
It lacks integration features. It only focuses on Sales CRM rather than project and HRM management. But, this is also one of the strengths of Pipedrive that it's built for the SDRs and Sales Pros.

Sometimes updates are to frequent. And not as useful as I would like them to be. The mobile app needs some work.
