The best thing we like is the interoperability of freshsales with our helpdesk (freshdesk). The synchronization of activity helps us keep track of the issues our customers have had with our products.

Error logs were nearly impossible to find and though the log is supposed to be included on the email showing the errors it wasn't. Support couldn't figure it out either.

- Multiple Deal Pipelines: We are trying to track deals with different pipelines. While there is an option to create filters within the same pipeline, there isn't a feature yet to create different pipelines.

It has made easy managing clients pipeline.

Pros

I like how the pipeline helps you to visualize your progress and customer management and how everything is a one-stop shop for all the CRM needs.

Cons

Nothing yet, since I have been using this for less than 6 months, I am yet to find something that I would say I like the least.

Fantastic software for every small business owner

I'm trained on a traditional sales pipeline management, and being able to customize the stages of the sales cycle and visualize the pipeline, in just minutes after initial setup, is fantastics.

Pros

Freshsales does an excellent job giving you a tool to manage your sales pipeline, and what makes it better is that it connects right in and seamlessly works with your help desk. It really treats me as one customer, not just a buyer of multiple products. That's cool.

Cons

I haven't found any negatives so far! It does everything we need it to do, and it does it well.

Team inbox has been the best benefit from implementing Freshsales.

Pros

Web based, integrated calling and ease of use. Integrated calling functionality. Sales pipeline management.

Cons

Nothing really comes to mind. The only drawback is that there is only a web based version. We are not using the email tracking at this time.
