Pros

Pipeline Deals is very straightforward and easy to use. The interface is able to be customized which is nice, and the ability to import and export data us useful for reporting.
This software will save and not waste a big budget for doing the businesses and the most advantage is that the solid and realistic budget.
PipelineDeals has great software and an excellent customer service/staff that I can count on, which is essential for my company.

Pros

A good amount of details and marketing capabilities. HubSpot has some of the best integrations I have seen with other platforms.
HubSpot helps track, monitor and create the best content for growing my business. I have seen great strides from using this company.
Lots of cool features that are quite easy to use. Great academy to learn how to take good advantage of all the features.

Cons

The layout in the "Contact Info" box is awkward and unclear. Contact, Owner, Company (Funeral Home) information is interspersed in an illogical way.
There is NO other option than Pipeline Deals for CRM as far as our company is concerned.
As a smaller company some of the integrations that other CRMs have were either missing or lacking.

Cons

I am disappointed with the number of panel limits you can have with the contracted plan. The other disadvantage is that UX can be tricky at times.
Any interactions with any person who works at HubSpot. Arrogant, rude, condescending, lacking any understanding of business rules.
It's frankly disgusting that this company relies on such draconian measures as a source of revenue.

It was very ok, we ended up moving to another software service.

Pros

Pipeline deals is a decent CRM but it didn't meet our needs. The interface was hard to use and hard to learn. We migrated to Hub Spot CRM instead and are happy with our decision.

Cons

The UI and interface were just not as user friendly as hub spot. We had limitations in functionality and we had to switch.

Simple, yet very useful tool and the best CRM for first time users

I've used PipelineDeals for nearly six months when I was used to manage marketing at a start up and had to put a basic CRM system together. Pipelinedeals was very flexible and let me easily configure my data to see quick results. An engineer was easily able to configure API integrations with our website and email software.

Pros

This tool is very easy for someone who is beginning to use a CRM. The UI is extremely simple and gives the feeling of working with an Excel sheet Excellent and proactive customer service

Cons

The tool is quite simple and does not offer the high level intelligence that new age marketing automation/CRM tools offer

The customer support from Liz made all the difference

Pros

It seems fairly intuitive to figure out the basics of the site (e.g. filtering, customizing results) without having to take a tutorial. But the best part of the platform is the level of quality customer support that Liz Falvo has provided. Not only has been responsive, but she has also provided candid advice even if it meant more work for her. She is a real asset to the Pipeline business and I hope it is something that the company is aware of.

Cons

- The report email delivery times are unpredictable - The online report view caps at 50,000 - Connect, the email marketing feature, is limited in volume and customizability

Very, very positive. I would not have the success we had without this product. It allows for great follow up on leads. I would always tell people to use this product.

Pros

It was written to be user friendly and effective. It is organized and allows the user to use many different options. This customization is very effective. Since I am the only person which does marketing for my company I need something like this to help stay focused. As you know marketing is a hurry up and wait situation so this software allows me to me very effective when I am in that "marketing mode".

Cons

This will sound funny however they always try to improve the software where I honestly believe for me, it is as close to perfect as I will get.

Pipeline has many features that are easy and the filtering options are great. The reporting is pretty basic and as long as you do not have a lot of Sales people or too many products it is great. We have unfortunately switched to another software that has these capability as well as being a great CRM and has more customization options.

You Can Do Better

If you have the budget for literally anything else, use it. This is a tool built by sales people and does not hold up when compared to how a truly sales-marketing integrative CRM/automation tool should operate.

Pros

It's cheap, and no recurring subscription fees.

Cons

Without a recurring subscription fee, they have no motivation to help their current customers. They've already gotten 100% of the money their going to get from them. The lead form, despite being embedded on the host site, runs through a redirect, meaning I'm losing all attribution of leads when looking in Google Analytics. I'm guessing where to attribute marketing dollars because PLP is actively preventing me from seeing where the leads come from. I've been trying to work with the support team for months now and when they couldn't answer my question after the first few emails they just started ignoring me. I've sent 4-5 additional emails with zero response.

This product has all the basics of a good CRM solution, contact management, deals management, reprots....It is simple to use which guarantees a good adoption from the sales and marketing team. This has been our main issue with the tool we used previously

easy to use = good acceptance from the sales team funnel evolution reports simple dashboard single view of all contacts per company per deal task management (to do lists) feature integration with Outlook and Highrise

Cons

may not have the bells and whistles of higher end products but that makes it easier to use. Not sure it is con actually.

We've transitioned from other CRM software to PipelineDeals and it was an easy and smooth transition. PipelineDeals makes it really easy to update on the fly!

Pros

I really like the ability to update the pipeline using the app or website. Both are really easy to use and very user friendly, clean and put together very nicely. Being able to develop custom spreadsheets for internal marketing review meetings has been a huge plus as well!

Cons

I'm still fairly new to it, but there is concern about tying your work/personal e-mails with the interface. I understand the reasoning behind, but it'd be my preference to be able to select which e-mails to upload/include as opposed to having PipelineDeals scan my e-mail for keywords and associating with each deal.

Pretty Good CRM for the money with good customer support

Pipeline Deals is a reasonable CRM. I've used SalesForce, Hubspot, Insightly, and Zoho. Pipeline Deals rates well with all of the above. I would argue its Deals section is superior to anything else I've tried. On the downside, I believe other CRMs have done a better job with linking the organization with the person globally. E-mail is decent, but there is not a good way to take an incoming mail in from my email client to the contact record. Outgoing email works well and lets me use my mail client so there are not messy third part integrations needed to make my out-bound emails look professional.

Pros

The customer support is good. I like the Deals section. I think it is excellent the way it organizes the sales pipeline.

Cons

The connection between company record, deals record, and individual record. Something seems awkward about it all. The information about the person's company and their names do not always seem linked among these three parts of the database.

What I liked best about PipelineDeals is just how much they thought like I did. As an entrepreneur and a marketing mind, there were always features and ideas I thought about while using their tool. It seemed like they consistently got me and the same feature would show up in future updates. At the end of the day, this is a rockstar company and their tool just reflects that reality.

Cons

In the earlier years, the tool aesthetically was clunky, but as they updated it they really removed anything that I disliked.

Overall, this was the solution my company needed. We had used Salesforce long before I was on staff, and it was too costly to keep using. When I was onboarded there was no CRM being used, and that had to change. Pipeline Deals gave us all the functionality we needed at a much much lower cost and barrier to entry. Highly recommended.

Pros

This is a very powerful CRM solution. As I was looking for solutions I came across quite a few that were reviewed by many sites. Pipeline Deals consistently was in the top tier of CRMs for SMB companies. I watched a few online demos and reviews before reaching out to their team. I was quickly assigned a representative that walked my team through a live demo and set us up with a POC trial. After our trial ended we signed up and were off. Setting up Pipeline Deals was quite easy, as the software can conform to your needs. Almost all fields are fully customizable, however this did take some getting used to, to see how changes were reflected as a whole in pipeline view. Overall, great product for a lot less than what Salesforce, Salesloft of Hubspot might run you.

Cons

As a smaller company some of the integrations that other CRMs have were either missing or lacking. However, Pipeline Deals is getting better about innovation. One of my favorite shortcuts they rolled out was a LinkedIn plugin, this allowed for you to connect with somebody on linkedIn and in one click import them into your CRM. However, many times it would populate the fields with incorrect info or just generic info like where their company was headquartered instead of where that employee was actually located. Additionally, at times the APIs for some of these newer services would change, and then the features would not work.

Experiences With PipelineDeals

My job as the Marketing Adviser is to schedule appointments for my team. I have only used PipelineDeals the past 4 months. It is an absolutely terrific way to keep on top of deals falling through the cracks, calendar schedules, my tasks and agendas. They even have a phone application. I know once we get all our calendars synchronized my job will be much better. PipelineDeals is a great asset to have to carry on my work, as I work remotely in Minnesota for my team in Southern California.

Pros

I love the communication part of the services because you are able to share deals and the tracking capabilities are awesome For instance If I add a Person it will let me automatically create a Company and then from there I can create a Deal and track the progression. The reminders of task, agendas and scheduled meeting calendar reminders allow me to have a flow of business throughout the day. I have so much more to learn - PipelineDeals has training at least two or more times a week and they also supply all different training modules. I have a terrific contact that is a live person for a Success Coach who is more than willing to assist our team.

Cons

One area would be better is that now I know to create the Person 1st and the Company will be created right then, however not all the company information shows and so I need to create and retype all the information again, like the address, phone number, email etc. Then two addresses show up. It would be nice when you create the person you create the company, deal with all pertinent information at the same time - then when you add a new person to the deal all that information populates for them that is attached to the company and deal. Also the ability to isolate the deals lost so they do not show up in the whole list-but they are there so your percentages of win-losses are calculating.

Calendar doesn't sync with my Outlook or iCal calendars. There is no 'Click to Dial' VOIP option. Historical view under a contact or deal is a little cumbersome and wonky. Does not have SF's capability in customizing the historical view, Person view, company view.

Hubspot has both marketing and sales metrics and dashboards. There are many more features than I can use.

Cons

I kept getting a new account manager and that said I will help you and the help never came. I spent several years on the platform and was frustrated by the ability of the tool to provide a measurable return on my investment

much easier tracking of customer interaction and leads. The automation of task reminders and tracking deals on the pipeline.

Pros

HBubspot is easy to use, very intuitive and new users pick it up very quickly. The auto enrich functions are great and cut down on data entry. When you add a user by email and name it searches out the company and populates the information automatically. The ingratiation with google mail is great. tracking emails in and out and being able to see if the recipient has opened the message makes it much easier for my sales people to know when to follow up on communications. The sales sequences are great. line up a number of emails and calls scheduled and add leads as they come in. the system fires off the emails on schedule and reminds you to follow up with calls.

Cons

Some of the search functions are a bit questionable and unclear. . the pipeline report in the basic version is not what i am used to for seeing the funnel report. and it omits areas of the pipeline if they are less than a certain percentage of the full pipeline.. i do not care for that

Pros

I like the easy to user interface. The navigation is clear and quick to learn. There are also some automated reports generated on the dashboard such as a deal forecast that puts the most important information in front of me. I also like the integrations with MailChimp and Gmail.

Cons

I dislike that there are a lot of inaccessible features displayed right alongside features that I do have access to since I am using the free account.

Pros

Particularly enjoyed lead generation tools, importing, auto-generation based on web data, and the sales pipeline processes.

Cons

Matching contracts to leads could be more seamlessly integrated, and vice versa leads to contact information. The database you create does not always find or create the correct match.

Cons

I'd like to better customize Deal Pipeline structure. Particularly the way deals are viewed overall, and then to be able to select the information that is displayed on each Deal in the pipeline view. I'd like to be able to turn off Close Dates.

Tons of features, easy and intuitive, and it's hard to beat the fact that there is a free-for-life version of the software to help you dig in and discover the platform before having to pay for it.

Cons

The tools for building web pages are lacking; the customization options are limited and editing page components can be difficult. This has made using HubSpot difficult for managing campaign landing pages.

Created effective and efficient pipelines and systems. (Unfortunately it couldn't all be ran in Hubspot)

Pros

Adding, organizing, and creating a pipeline for contracts is very easy and intuitive. Good user interface.

Cons

It could be much better with a robust autoresponder added to it. I was looking for an all in one such as Infusionsoft, Drip, or Ontraport. Not best suited for my online business.
