Pros

This customization is very effective. Since I am the only person which does marketing for my company I need something like this to help stay focused.
Great customer service, JP, the CEO/founder is a great guy to chat with, we need more training and would love to have them be proactive in doing so.
PipelineDeals has great software and an excellent customer service/staff that I can count on, which is essential for my company.

Pros

The ease of use, the automation performances and all the great and exciting innovative work behind the scenes.
Integration with Cvent - we just started this and it is SUPER helpful. Training conference in Chicago was very helpful and I left feeling empowered.
It also has flexible learning time so there is no pressure on finishing it. There are helpful emails that followthrough on your progress with an amazing customer support staff that I loved.

Cons

The layout in the "Contact Info" box is awkward and unclear. Contact, Owner, Company (Funeral Home) information is interspersed in an illogical way.
No negative comment in this regards. No negative comments in this regards.
We were writing proposals and then never checking back on them to see what was happening. We were losing track of them.

Cons

M disappointed at the limited number of dashboards you can have with our plan. I am also disappointed at the # of templates we can have with our plan.
The other downside is that the UX can be messy. Sometimes functions you've been using can be moved to another menu, which is very irritating.
We've had connectivity issues with Instagram and Facebook. We were never able to get Instagram to connect properly, and while the Facebook connects, it will periodically disconnect with no warning.
