Pros

This customization is very effective. Since I am the only person which does marketing for my company I need something like this to help stay focused.
Great customer service, JP, the CEO/founder is a great guy to chat with, we need more training and would love to have them be proactive in doing so.
PipelineDeals has great software and an excellent customer service/staff that I can count on, which is essential for my company.

Pros

Use this daily to manage clients and leads, really helps us maintain good communication and identify/take advantage of new opportunities.
Nimble's dashboard is nice and impressive because you can see all the information like new connections and also other applications that are very well integrated like LinkedIn, Office 365, G-Suite.
Hardly know its there, which is great, as its easy to use and upgrade. Customer Service is awesome.

Cons

The layout in the "Contact Info" box is awkward and unclear. Contact, Owner, Company (Funeral Home) information is interspersed in an illogical way.
No negative comment in this regards. No negative comments in this regards.
We were writing proposals and then never checking back on them to see what was happening. We were losing track of them.

Cons

Constant software errors. The changes they make to the program are never beta tested, so there is errors constantly.
The constant spam ads/suggested info pages is a bit annoying.
Using nimble to work with many sales funnels can be difficult if you do not have a device with adequate capacity, due to its low optimization capacity. Does not work with excel interactive reports.

Pros

I like the flexibility and customization of the software - our ability to be nimble and implement feature that benefit my sales team quickly, and even in real time is impressive, and it supports the team wonderfully! We are better able to deliver on our service commitment and meet our goals as a result!

Cons

There are still some features we'd love implemented, such as the ability to set a default choice in a custom field - but we know that their developers are open minded to include our suggestions.

I think it's an important point that by focus CRMs can be divided into several subcategories: Nimble is mainly and mostly an outstanding contact manager. You can manage 1 pipeline, and get basic conversation reminders, but there are other tools more focusing on those...

My sales team has been using this for over a year. It has alot of great features and is easy to use via the gmail widget.

Easy to use chrome widget Nice design and layout

Cons

Pipeline reporting is not very robust No custom fields in pipeline Lost deal reporting lacks lost date.

A great 'nimble' way to reach out to contacts

I love Nimble. It is easy to use with a great user interface and allows me to keep in touch with my contacts with ease. The features I love are: * Bulk mail to segments of my contacts * Track who opens emails * Ease of adding tags * The pipeline to manage the process * Easy adding of contacts inside Gmail This last feature - the Gmail Chrome extension - is probably my favorite. I can add a contact and tag them or add them to a pipeline without leaving Gmail. Brilliant. And customer service is great. Always friendly and so quick to respond.

Pros

Gmail extension. Price. Ease of use. Sync with contacts. Bulk emails.

Cons

There is only a single pipeline for all sales. You can't send bulk emails easily to everyone in the sales pipeline.

Great Social mining, needs more CRM features

Nimble is fun and great at what it does! I enjoyed my Nimble experience. I find it to be a great tool for finding information about people. I only wish it had better Sales pipeline features. I need to create and track deals as they progress. I hear that those features are coming. We shall see how they implement.

Excellent for list management

Nimble is a very easy to use CRM system. We do a lot of outbound email and we found that Nimble's tagging system made it very easy for us to quickly segment our users for targeted outbound campaigns. This was particularly useful in the early stages of our business growth.

It's one of the best CRM apps which are available in the market. Most importantly it automatically updates all my contacts. it is a time saver and anyone can start using it easily.

The product is intuitive and easy to use. We like that it can link to emails to keep contact information up to date.

Cons

We have had multiple problems with connectivity to our Outlook. Nimble has been quick to respond to our requests for help, but the problem continues. It would be nice to be able to attach an email or documents into the notes.

Easy to Use and Convenient CRM for Sales

Pros

I used Nimble when I was working in a technology sales industry. Nimble is convenient in the fact it integrates all of your outlook contacts, calendar, google apps, etc. This is nice to have access to all of this under one CRM. Nimble is good about keeping up with all of my interactions for my dealers and clients. You can set reminders to let you know if you haven't reached out in a while. You can easily look at all of the past interactions you have had with this person. The Nimble smart browser app is really a game-changer as far as saving time and convenience. For example, if you are searching for people on Linked-in you can easily add them to your contacts and update their profile from web browser.

Cons

The pipeline system is my least favorite because it only allows one. I have a lot of different type of deals that require project management behind it and there should be able to have more than one type of pipeline.

An Excellent CRM for Quote Pipeline Management

Overall, Nimble has been great for tracking quotes in the pipeline and managing contacts.

Pros

The quote pipeline in Nimble is the best feature by far. Being able to visualize and track hundreds of quotes helps us to follow up with customers at the right stages and increase sales.

Cons

The email integration isn't perfect in Nimble. You don't have access to any of your folders and you can't move an email to any of your folders.

Nimble is a true Godsend. Nothing else even comes close to it. Yes, it is easy to use, it connects with everything out there, it has a fast and intuitive interface, and more. But what I like most is how it saves me COUNTLESS of hours, because it does all the research for me, and some of the data entry, building complete client profiles in seconds rather than hours. Literally saves maybe 30 minutes...

The Deal Management aspect is really, really weak. Really. At the very least, allow us to create categories for pipelines. I mean, I have like 5 different types of deals. Each deal type needs its own custom pipeline because the processes are all different for each deal type. But we are given the ability to only have one pipeline, and somehow make all the different deal types work. Thats crazy :)

Integrates into Office!

I love that I can open my Microsoft Office 365 email and this is integrated. My calendar, contacts, etc. all sync. The mobile functionality far surpasses many of their competitors and the reminder feature has saved me several times!

Cons

I had trouble learning how to set up deals and move them through the pipeline. Support helped.

This was part of us testing different CRM platforms to see which one would work well for us, I liked the unifying contacts and social media trends features.

Pros

I liked the look and feel of this software, this goes a long way to making sure it's usable since you don't want a clunky and cumbersome layout when you're working.

Cons

Sometimes the social media pipeline feature would not load data but a refresh would clear that up usually.

I like how organized and how easily I can manage my sales pipeline and calendar.

Cons

I haven't run into anything I don't like.

Overall, this is a great tool for a small business owner and sales staff.

Pros

Great for relationship management and prospect tracking Vastly improved mobile functionality - this really improved our user adoption

Cons

Reporting could be more robust, pipeline data can be wonky Team Sharing/Visibility functionality needs to be more flexible
