Did not enjoy Pipedrive as I thought I would. But the customer support team was super-helpful.

Pros

The layout which was similar to Trello for the sales process was amazing. And that is what sold me on trying the software. And I have to say, it works great.

Cons

The software did not feel as fast as what I came from (Pipelinedeals) and what I went to (Hubspot Sales).

The 'Get Work Done' CRM Tool

I have been a very happy customer, in contrast to my experience 3 years ago with Zoho.

Pros

Before choosing Pipedrive, I evaluated 11 different applications, including CXM, eSalesTrack, Insightly, NetSuite, Nutshell, PipelineDeals, Pipeliner, ProsperWorks, ReallySimpleSystems, Salesforce, and Zoho.
