I like the way you can work and communicate in a way that is friendly for most users. The way it is designed besides you can do your work is a fun so you can enjoy.
Very friendly and fun to work with.
It needs telephone integration and CRM communication.

Great CRM.
Intuitive interface. Also nice that Copper keeps rolling out new features.
Reports are a little clunky - would like them to be customizable.

Great CRM for Gsuite. Best feature - ability to manage CRM reasonably well straight out of Gmail.
Tight integration with Gmail and Gsuite. Ease of use. Ability to customize to our workflow + business needs.
Hard to say. Given our business needs (less sales driven than most), we don't use anywhere near all the functionality so areas like reporting or pipeline management *might* not be great for a larger enterprise...but fine for us.
Now this is the good stuff. Thanks for the glowing review!

Very positive overall experience
The Gmail integration is a life saver. Saves me at least an hour a week, if not more.
It's a little feature-lite compared with some other CRM tools

The best CRM in the market.
Embedded 100% with G Suite, integration with many other solutions - easy to use.
Not linked (embedded) with Google chat and Google Voice. Would be a nice feature.

Prosperwork is a cloud based Sales/CRM that functions very similarly to Base CRM. It functions on all desktop and mobile platforms.
There are some features like text interfacing and documentation that are left off the standard tool. You actually have to purchase more costly plug-ins to have complete functionality.

Mobile, Simple, CRM Gmail integration Call Logging
We really appreciated the team taking their time with us. We are setting this up over a few locations and getting access to training sessions online and via conference call was really great. We have android phones, are upgrading to Google Suite and are really excited to have a full service INTEGRATED CRM product that is not too expensive and also not too complicated. CALL LOGGING is amazing!! The app works really well and this helps us work while on the go.
We would love to see integration with caller identification software in the future. Something like TrueCall Also business card scanning would be amazing.

great! most streamlined CRM I've ever used.
I love that it can be integrated with gmail to make sure all the emails are tracked!
Sometimes it can log me out of the plugin so I have to make sure it's all hooked up before I send a bunch of emails.

I'm very very glad Google pushed ProsperWorks when signing up for Google Business Apps. The seamless integration with Gmail is amazing. Reminders on emails. Tasks. Pulling contacts all from Gmail. Zapier + Mailchimp + PropserWorks is gold.
Organization A real CRM Its pretty Pipline?!?!?!?!

Very smart CRM integrated with our Gsuite
The integration of CRM and Collaboration Suite is very powerful. I've never used a smarter software like prosperworks. It's easy to log the activities in a opportunity, many of this are collected automaticly.
We are waiting for more features. Many features are available only with premium services with added costs

Overall experience was good until I knew I was paying more for less.
At that time I was looking for a CRM that integrates with G Suite at that time called Google Apps. This was the second CRM I tried.
You have to play a lof more for the better features that actually completes the CRM. After checking out other companies I realized after using it for more than a year that the CRM is lacking in features.

The tool has feature to send our mailers from CRM itself and at the same time we can track it. The CRM provides powerful insights to management on pipeline.
The UI of mailers while sending mails to Organization's not using gmail needs to configured more accurately.

Incredibly easy deployment and a so far flawless CRM solution.
The native integration into G Suite put ProsperWorks miles ahead of the rest of the CRM crowd. Deployment was incredibly easy and has all of the industry standard CRM options.
The lack of a proper admin/management dashboard. As we've grown we've transitioned users to/from roles and changing licenses or managing billing is not as fluid as it should be for a cloud based service. It's could use a refresh with role based access in mind.

We love Copper and use it daily. Great CRM program.
We like the ease of use for this program as we are sales reps and need to have names for all our customers along with tracking emails and notes. We also have the apps on phones for those out in the field.
I only really wish there was a way to easily merge contacts.

If you need to connect with existing customers or new potential contacts for salesman Prosperworks is a very good choice.
Prosperworks CRM is a great CRM software that allows us to do many custom things because it allows for custom fields for contacts and salesman. It also integrates well with Google applications.
The only CON I can find Prosperworks CRM is the cost of the subscription of the software for our company because we are a smaller company.

Great tool for the price and for a team.
A very essential tool, pretty easy to use for Sales CRM.
Lots of features are not needed for the basic sale of a grocery product. Would like to link a People of a Company to be the Companies Primary Contact. so there is only one entry for that in the Company. Wish saved files could be viewed and not just downloaded.

We are a small company using Google for work because the ease of set up, the features and the price. Prosperworks have the same vision of ease of use, but overall, the integration makes Prosperworks feel like just another Google application.

Excellent and have recommended it to other companies looking for a CRM.
The mobile connection to click and dial number and disposition the call. As well the email template and ability to integrate with Google for click and send emails is great.

Overall, Copper has helped us in our sales prospecting and decision making. It has given us clear insights on our next steps to take
User friendly platform specially the ability to add leads, people, companies straight from gmail and, reports are very helpful in our decision making process
Nothing much. It’s just occurs sometimes that it doesn’t track duplicate leads and people added in the CRM

We ended up cancelling our account and have started using another CRM.
What I liked most is that you could create contacts and/or deals. So if we have a customer that has had initial contact, we can input/import them as a contact but we don't have to start a deal for them. This is helpful for when the customer is interested yet and we want to keep their contact information so we can reach back out at a later date.
The way you set tasks and notes within Copper can be sort of a scramble. If you want to find a specific note, you have to just scroll through the deal until you find it. There is no easy way to search for something specific.
