Pipeliner is a great CRM system, definitely better than other CRM Systems such as HubSpot where the web page would consistently lag and cause frustration
The interface easy to use and easier to understand compared to other CRM systems.
The leads could be easier to access (Lead information) when getting into leads it takes multiple clicks to understand lead work history and bios.

I have used Pipeliner CRM and I can tell you that its worth the value of your money!
It has top notch Graphic User Interface with Seamless ability to Integrate with other applications. Its also easy to navigate.
Its only a CRM tool.I wish the producers can make other competing softwares aside the CRM Key features it has.

I was evaluating CRM products for a client who needed a full featured that could be easily accessed by all constituencies within their organization. This entailed a search for a product with a sales-centric interface and workflow; one that would be the least time consuming for anyone to input new data or to search for information one an existing prospect or customer. Once I started the 30 day trial...
1) Customizable 2) Intuitive from a sales perspective 3) Easy to use and saves time 4) Easy enough for even the executives and technical staff can input their interactions with clients and prospects.
1) My client prefers month-by-month billing, not annual plans 2) Lack of integration with HubSpot

Over my 20+ year career in sales I've experienced a wide selection of CRM's. Some have been better to use than others but I can't say that any one of them has been a huge help to me either as a sales professional on the front line or as a sales leader looking for insights. Typically they've been overly complex and cumbersome. Something you tolerate rather than enjoy or get any value from. That's all changed with Pipeliner CRM. I love it. These guys truly understand what sales is all about and they've built something that helps rather than hinders. Finally a CRM that delivers results.
Although its not a specific feature a major 'Wow' factor is the visualisation philosophy behind the whole platform. You can see everything you need to see on one screen. Everything just looks fantastic. The main pipeline view shows you exactly where all of your opportunities are instantly and I love that you can drag and drop opportunities from one stage to the next. Having a 360 view of the customer and allowing us to engage with our customers in a more powerful way. We now have greater insights as to our customers preferences , buying patterns, etc which have allowed us to be more strategic and provide a more individualized offering to each customer.
I tried other CRM like MS Dynamics etc, and you need a full-time IT staff to install and manage, which as a small business, we cannot afford. Pipeliner is packed with features up and running in a few hours instead of days. The user interface is very visual and easily customizable with various views along with the drag and drop feature within the Opportunity Pipeliner. The software is constantly being updated wtih new and powerful features which has really added immense value to our business. We have recenly integrated Pipeliner iwth our Accounting software and it has been great. Additionally their support staff are very quick to respond and resolve any issues that may arise. Overall Pipeliner is very easy to use but packs a whole lot of powerful features
Very happy so far with Pipeliner CRM so nothing to write here.

Pipeliner CRM solve all problem of a sales company .to use this CRM software in a company we can get report of many module like account management, contact management, lead management, opportunity management & activity management.
To use this CRM software in any sales related company then they can get any sales report within short time. it is also easy to use for both sales people & company owner.
In pipeliner CRM i don't get any disliking features.because all features in this CRM are related to a sales company directly.sales people & company owner get all report with one click which are related with them.

As a sales consultant, I have had a lot of clients whose major challenge they have is managing their entire sales team and observing how each rep is managing his pipeline. Since I introduced Pipeliner CRM to them, they have experienced efficiency within their sales management process and an increase in the number of closed deals. For me and my clients, managing sales pipeline just became seamless with Pipeliner CRM.
Pipeliner CRM gives you an instant visualization of your entire sales process. This helps in making key decisions and managing sales reps. What I love about Pipeliner CRM is the fact that it was developed by sales experts to empower salespeople. Also, they have a strong philosophy on educating sales personnel on the job.
There is really no perfect CRM software out there in the market. Pipeliner is not the ULTIMATE CRM tool yet, but it is the best in the market and currently strives to be better by continuous improvements.

Pipeliner CRM is a software that I have used for my business over a period of time, and I can testify that it is quite easy and cheaper to use than other softwares for CRM. The quality and durability is immeasurable and very refined. It can track and save lead information that can help you generate sales.
I like almost everything about CRM Pipeliner, but I love it mostly because it's easy to use, and its quality is unquantifiable. So, Pipeliner CRM is the kind of CRM that I recommend for anyone who wishes to be successful in his sales activities and digital marketing in general.
What I like least about the Pipeliner CRM is the clip tool that enables user to save lead generated from the internet websites.

Great to start with, but I now use Zoho CRM.
Practical software for CRM management. It is very easy to use and there isn't a huge learning curve for new users switching from another software.
Not as good as Zoho CRM for cost. Zoho CRM includes more options and more complete CRM tools.

Our experience with HubSpot CRM has been nothing but super positive and has allowed us to increase revenue per contact by 60%!
The functionality of HubSpot CRM is excellent and allows our team to filter, sort, and generate prospecting lists fast so that we can get through more contacts per day! Mobile access is a huge benefit!

I really like that it can track when a customer opens an email, as well as being able to access all of the customer contact information.
This CRM does Everything, from tracking emails, to keeping all the contacts for one company, as well as keeping track of every phone call and email that is sent to a potential client

I grew my software company from 10 leads per month to 300. It literally changed my life.
HubSpot is born out of the inbound methodology, a highly effective approach to lead generation. They have built an end-to-end marketing and sales platform based on that methodology. Nobody else comes close. I trust them immensely to continue to innovate along that mission.
SMS in the CRM, android CRM app has limited functionality, not a fan of the wait time between product announcements and rollout
