Pipeliner is a great CRM system, definitely better than other CRM Systems such as HubSpot where the web page would consistently lag and cause frustration

The interface easy to use and easier to understand compared to other CRM systems.

Cons

The leads could be easier to access (Lead information) when getting into leads it takes multiple clicks to understand lead work history and bios.

Manage sales pipeline efficiently using HubSpot CRM.

Pros

With the use HubSpot CRM , we can reduce the cost for the application because it is free for all.We can have unlimited users to access HubSpot CRM. We can integrate Gmail and Outlook to the platform .Also, we can have email templates with email scheduling features. Activity log is the one of the best feature which will track every activity .

Cons

Limited reporting features available on the HubSpot CRM also can not send bulk emails.

perfect solution for a small business CRM

Hubspot CRM has been a great tool for our company, an upgrade from a previous basic CRM and helping us to keep track of clients, deals, progress, pipeline etc.

Pros

easy to use and customize functions, filter functions, straightforward database records, basic analytics that works for our purpose at this time. Possibility to grow with it and upgrade to Sales/Marketing option. it is great that the basic is free (for more users in the company) and then selectively we can have unlocked upgraded functions for a few roles in the team as needed.

Cons

nothing in particular that would be cons. Some pre-set functions are redundant, but that depends on a user - thankfully it is easy to customize the properties and views.

They have a good startup guide that walks you through setting up the CRM. Used it to manage my pipeline.

Pros

It’s a well designed product. Despite seeming to have many features and power (I didn’t use it to its full capabilities), it was still easy to navigate and quick to get started.

Cons

I didn’t like the email automation capabilities and ended up leaving it to use ActiveCampaign as that software is better suited and more advanced in that area.

I have never been so keen on any CRM or marketing tool. Hubspot is totally fantastic. Their entire team are incredibly helpful, and the speed with which you can make changes and implement new marketing techniques is outstanding and truly helped our organisation develop an acceptably-scalable, repeatable marketing process.

Pros

Very fast to build new pages, forms and a ton of tracking info about visitors. Workflows are also extremely powerful and straightforward. Solid integration with Salesforce.

Cons

Some features in the CRM could be a bit more complex - not much control over permissions, and deal pipelines if integrated with Salesforce are messy.

HubSpot's CRM is extremely user friendly and very easy to customize. With a sales team of over 30, this CRM also helps our managers get a better view of our current sales pipeline.

Pros

Within the CRM you can add notes, record a phone conversation, and even send an email. This is a fantastic way to keep all information about each account organized.

Cons

I have not found any cons yet.

Pros

Hubspot has is of the most robust sales CRM's I've used. They are constantly updating the platform to enhance features and improve overall usability. The support team has always been helpful and quick to respond.

Cons

The platform can crash sometimes, or info may be missing. Although rare, this is one of the issues I have with the platform.

Simple and free CRM tool

When we set up our sales team, we had a look at several CRM solutions. We had initially worked with a shared google sheet, but we needed a better approach. I had previously worked with Salesforce, as well as with a proprietary CRM solution. After evaluating roughly a dozen alternatives (including free and paid applications) we settled for HubSpot CRM. It's offered by an established (and great) company, it's free (with no limitations on the number of users) and it provides all of the basics we needed. At some point we might outgrow HubSpot regarding functionality, but for now it's great!

Pros

Free to use Provides all the basics of a professional CRM software Helps a sales team collaborate on a common sales pipeline

Cons

Doesn't provide all of the functionality a paid software like Salesforce or Zoho provide, but for good reason

Hubspot's CRM works well with hubspot marketing automation tools, has good workflows, a pretty customizable pipeline, meetings links and other sales tools.

Cons

It's not easy to use and it demands a lot of clicks to do some simple stuff (the relationship between company X contact X deal is kind of too complicated). It's also harder to manage the deals from a sales point of view than it should.

This CRM is amazing. I was looking for a CRM that could be used by my team to better manage our leads and contacts and I found this. With this CRM you can manage your leads and their contact information, track your outreach to them, organize your sales pipeline, and more.

Pros

HubSpot CRM is a free CRM tool that is a little different from a lot of the CRM tools out there. It is really easy to get started with and is a great way to manage your clients, contacts and leads. It is a very smart CRM that has a lot of features that make it easy to manage your contacts and tasks. It is a great CRM that is easy to use. I highly recommend it.

Cons

If you require some extra advanced features, you will need to pay the pro plan, but for startups it is a great option.

Pros

Hubspot CRM keeps contacts & leads organized so you can stay on top of your sales pipeline and win more business. Best features - ability to assign leads to different team members, keep track of potential deals in the sales pipeline, set up reminders to contact & connect with email to track engagement.

Cons

Would like to be able to tag certain contacts to keep track of what they are most interested in. This may already be a feature that we just haven't explored yet.

Cons

Pipeline Management is tougher than the last CRM I used. I also wished the "notes" or calls when you logged were grouped together more so you didn't have to scroll to see past conversations/details etc.

The email tracking tool is my favorite and I use it every day.

Pros

Great CRM for tracking clients, creating sales pipelines and sending out marketing pieces. I use it mainly to track who opens my emails. Great tool to find out how effective my marketing is.

Cons

That I have to go online to get to my database. I like to have everything work within Outlook because that works better for me to track all my clients and marketing activity.

Easy to use CRM, basic for technologically challenged clients, helps connect sales & marketing

Pros

Hubspot CRM integrates easily with Hubspot's marketing software (obviously) and allows your sales team to have an easy to use CRM. All of the basic tools are in the free version so it's easy to get clients who have never used a CRM into Hubspot to try it out. They also have the best call-in support I've ever dealt with.

Cons

While the free Hubspot CRM is a great basic tool, if you want advanced functionality like multiple pipelines, live chat, calendar integration, sales automation, etc. that costs extra. Like most freemium tools, I found I started with the Hubspot CRM and found out I needed all these extra tools that cost more money. By then, you're either too deep into using the Hubspot CRM to switch to a less costly one or you pay extra.

I have used many many CRMs in the past and this is my favorite. Easy to navigate, great functionality and flexibility. Great reporting tools, easy dashboard for keeping track of sales pipeline and great customer service.

Pros

Daily tasks, reporting tools, and sales pipeline dashboard - I set follow-up tasks so I know each and every day what my next move is.

Cons

Sequences. I wish the templates and sequences for email marketing were easier to use and had more functionality.

HubSpot is intuitive to use, can be widely customised and you can probably do everything you ever imagine in terms of sales and pipeline management. Great CRM, looks modern and sleek and the mobile app works nicely.

Cons

Pricing is more toward established companies, bootstrapped startups might find it a bit expensive.

Because it's free and easy to use, it's good for those not familiar with sales pipelines and CRM. Use it for task reminders and follow ups with customers. Integrates with G Suite so email contacts are automatically added

Cons

Doesn't always capture email history. Custom attributes are a paid upgrade.

HubSpot CRM - Everything we need in 1 place

When we first started using HubSpot as a marketing automation platform, we already had a CRM. Going back and forth was so inefficient that we were very pleased when HubSpot announced their new CRM. We've used it every since and haven't looked back. We use it for contact management, salesforce management, internal workflows, and the sales pipeline reports. We're a small business and about 7 of us use the CRM. We have larger clients that use it as well. Overall I highly recommend the HubSpot CRM.

Pros

Ease of use, uses the same database as HubSpot marketing automation so everything is in the same place.

Cons

Awkward contact view - too much scrolling. Sometimes there are delays between contact import and when they actually show up.
