Great experience, the more I know about the product the more I realize how useful the product is.

Pros

Pipeliner is an integrated CRM system, that effectively allows you to not only navigate across different platforms but also assist you in managing your leads and offices better, effectively and faster. The system is user-friendly and design to save time.

Cons

You do not have enough privacy of your leads within the organization. Everyone can see what you working on.

PipelinerCRM - a CRM for today's sales rep

Pros

Pipeliner is our primary CRM for our sales and client success team. We moved from Salesforce.com to Pipeliner as a cost savings as well as looking for a tool that had a more progressive feature set. Of specific interest to us was the visual user interface of the opportunity pipeline and the social media integrations. LinkedIN and other social integrations, the pipeline opportunity view, ability to build custom reports using any filter setting. The Pipeliner team from the CEO, to support, to marketing has been fantastic to deal with. They care about the success of their customers.

Cons

Our integration from Salesforce.com was a little challenging and we experienced some slow speeds, but much of that was due to the large number of records we were bringing in. In addition, we did not hire Pipeliner support to help us. We did it on our own. Those issues have all been resolved.

The perfect tool for my field of business

Pros

The software is extremely easy to set up, manage and learn. Also the Philosophy of the entire company speaks to me very well. At the same time their service is responsive and fast!

Cons

The Software and company is not big enough yet. They still have to make certain things possible to be able to be a perfect system for everyone. Especially their Mobile app is lagging behind at the moment.

Opportunities can be labeled as to their fitness such labeling allows sales people to stay focused on the right deals and they are not side tracked. Pipeliner consist of the right combination of tools, task , people process and data. The right CRM solution today is Pipeliner CRM without it you are lost

Pipeliner CRM works for both on line and offline to enable salespeople to stay on top of the business even when you do not have WiFi plus the navigator shows you how are tracking against target. Pipeliner is most visual CRM on market today and infact offers 5 different visualization of opportunities and easy to customize within hours.

Cons

It works only where there is technology like in urban areas and the people in rural areas are disadvantaged to more efficient and effective sales

Pros

Ease of use, visual/aesthetic ability is fantastic (really helps to keep staff engaged), and support provided to help get you up and running. It also has great email tools to connect with the Pipeliner system.

Cons

Sometimes the synchronizing function can be annoying, the reporting (although sufficient) is not as robust as we'd like, and a couple of other features we were previously accustomed to although I am sure they will happen over time.

Pipeliner CRM: What Your Sales Reps and Sales Managers Really Want

Pros

Simple yet flexible and powerful. Keeps everyone focused on one thing: moving deals through the sales pipeline according to the sales plan. Powerful forecasting, reporting, and data visualization tools make Pipeliner as much of a sales BI tool as it is a sales-focused CRM tool.

Cons

It would great if it offered native email marketing features, but Pipeliner does integrate with multiple email marketing, marketing automation and hundreds of other popular products using pre-packaged connectors and services like Zappier. Plus, a full featured API is available if a pre-packaged integration is not available or does not offer all of the functionality needed. So Pipeliner essentially "plugs into" whatever technology you are already using which allows you to give sales reps and sales managers the best tool for generating revenue and growing sales.

Pros

It's visual appeal and ease of use. The product is designed with Sales in mind, not management or accounting. It breaks the sales cycle down into the steps of the pipeline and allows management to watch the effectiveness of their sales team in each stage.

Cons

Wouldn't mind seeing the mobile version enhanced. The ability to see more data and adjust more from a tablet would be helpful. The phone app could stay as simple as needed, but would like to see more flexibility on the tablet version.

I'm completely sold on Pipeliner CRM. Since we implemented it in our company, it has completely transformed the way we manage our sales pipeline. It's intuitive and easy to use, so even non-tech savvy staff can quickly get up to speed with it. Highly recommended!

Cons

Not a large community to share ideas at this point but growing daily. Most GREAT CRM's have an active community which assists in extending the capabilities and ideas for success.

its simplicity, easy to use platform and most importantly control. Pipeliner CRM allows you to control how you want to display your data. No other system allows such flexibility

Cons

not much, so far everything seems good from the display. my only concern is that it has too many information display, which many wouldn't see as a problem

Pros

Its ease of use, its visuality, its graphics and its suggestion for next move to close opportunity. It is very unlike most other traditional CRM I have tried - which is many. It brings a new way of thinking into sales and CRM.

Cons

It should integrate with iCal and not only Google Calender. It should also have possibilty for mail templates with my own predfined texts for easy standard response mails - and also more possibilites for mass mailing.

Pros

I like how you can easily move a lead into different stages of the sales pipe. It allows for complete visibility of your portfolio.

Cons

It is hard to add notes or record follow up notes to a lead. We've been adding them to the lead description, but it would be nice to add notes with a calendar drop down.

I've worked with dozens of CRM systems, Pipeliner is hands down the best. I use it one a daily basis and it does everything I need it to with ease and speed.

Pros

Available as an app, easy to use, pairs with many web services and it is quick.

Cons

None come to mind at the moment. The system isn't perfect, but it's close to it.

We use Pipeliner for both customer management ad sales management and analytics. From a sales professionals point of view, the software is very easy to use with color and multiple layouts so they can choose how they would like to see their data.

Pros

1. Simple and aesthetically appealing interface 2. Extensive analytics for sales professionals and all levels of management 3. Multiple pipelines allow for multiple sales processes in one database 4. Quick and knowledgeable support from pre-sales, set-up and tech support (if it is even needed) 5. Secure and stable - complies with EU safe harbor rules

Cons

Pipeliner gives you so many options to see your data, to analyze your data that you need to think strategically and do the customer set-up. Otherwise, one can loose track of time in the amount of data you can analyze.

Best Visual Sales pipeline and easy customisation. We used the CRM now since more than 1 year and we accelerate our sales up to 40% from our older solution

Cons

No integrated email solution. We need to use all the time outlook, and we cannot import files from pipeliner.

This is my first CRM suite that I have used for my consultancy. It is easy to use and fairly intuitive. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a simple CRM.

It's real easy to see an individual pipeline, a team's pipeline and the whole company's pipeline.

Cons

There really is nothing not to like about the product. It would be nice if it had more pre-defined integration's with other products, but that will come over time.

This is really the first Sales CRM Tool thats working for one man shows or small teams up to real big sales organizations. Multiple Teampipelines are easy accessible, Sales Teams can be build, so its able to reflect any given situation. If you are looking for a sales supporting CRM solution that really helps you and your peers in the daily sales tasks, you should definitely check it out.
