Great on site engagement with our patrons also via the social networking tool.

Pros

We used this software for our event in Miami, we only got access to the platform a few days before our event, and it was a lovely surprise to find it: Easy to use Great support Seamless Integration with Marketing/ Social Media plans

Cons

The only con I have for this product is that it needs to be more widely advertised. While it was of great value to us in such a short period, if we had it sooner the ROI would have been even better.

Great experiences working with the PLAYEN team

Pros

Ease of integration with Facebook events and seems to also allow crowdsourced data. There's a specific niche for concert and entertainment event searchers.

Cons

Not easy to navigate as a conference attendee, not able to get the latest updates or the full agenda of the conference.

What I like best about the app is how easy to use interface is and the fact this software has lots of potential

I wish there were more events. there is a limited number of events especially business ones. It needs more business events

Waiting for the subscription service to start. I also wish there were more options instead of just providing free tickets.
