Plotto lets you see what your respondents are saying. Literally. This product not only does the traditional survey stuff (well), it lets people record a video answer. Researchers get to see the video which means they can see how people feel, if they're serious, etc. The software also returns a transcript of those video answers and a facial recognition-based sentiment analysis. Very cool. Very helpful in ascertaining qualitative characteristics.
The admin user interface could look nicer.
