Praiseworthy overview

Praiseworthy is a feedback management and employee recognition tool for customer facing teams with survey distribution, feedback collection, and reporting. With the aim of helping businesses to improve customer satisfaction, and consequently employee retention, Praiseworthy distributes surveys to customers in order to gather feedback and take appropriate action as quickly as possible.

In order to gather insight into customer experiences, Praiseworthy allows users to create customized feedback forms and surveys to be automatically sent to customers within a specified timeframe after the encounter. Questions can be customized and formatted with yes/no responses, multiple choice, or a rating system, depending on the required response. Employees have profiles within Praiseworthy where all previous results can be viewed, along with their overall score, ranking, reminders, and alerts, and colleagues can send praise and encouragement to one another.

Designed to give managers in-depth insight into their employees' performance, the Praiseworthy dashboard shows all incoming feedback with employee name and location, as well as the customer score rating, time of submission, comments, and a breakdown of question answers. Feedback results can be filtered by date, product, location, employee, and net promoter score (NPS), and exported to excel. For increased employee motivation. Praiseworthy also allows employees to share positive reviews of their peers, cheer one another, and participate in a company-wide performance ranking leaderboard based on positive feedback.

With this program it near seemlessly offers the customers an opportunity to tell each of us what we did right, as well as how we can improve as a company and an employee. I love how it helps me gauge an employee's service to our customers. We love using it as a tool of affirmation for our sales staff, positively reinforcing what they do amazingly well everyday, but might otherwise go unnoticed. It's helped with employee retention because they feel they are a part of a culture that appreciates their efforts and SEES them.
