Pros

They are always available even during evening and weekend hours. They all have such a strong knowledge of the software and it's capabilities that calling in for help is quick and easy.
Overall Preferred Patron is a great loyalty program. They have really spent time understanding how retailers market and what they need to create effective marketing campaigns.
The Preferred Patron Loyalty products allows any size business to cost effectively implement a Reward Program to both keep and increase their customers' loyalty.

Pros

It’s been very easy and good we are happy with the purchase just wish pricing was a bit better.
Software is easy to use and has a huge data base of information for our techs. We use it a lot and are glad we have it.
The best thing about AllData is the ease of navigation and full information base including troubleshooting & diagrams.

Cons

The only problems that I have had is when Windows decides to update itself. They have to access the tablet to correct the problems that any automatic updates cause.
We are a car dealership and have always struggled with getting the return business for the service department after the sale.
After speaking to a few companies, there was no doubt who we were going to choose. Our customer service rep. has been with us every single step of the way.

Cons

It's very expensive for what you get. Also, the wiring schematics are not accurate (wrong color codings for the wrong circuit).
System crashes daily and requires stopping app and then restarting. This is ridiculous and happens way too much.
When i questioned them prior to purchasing this product they said it will be available shortly.seven months later still no upgrade.
