Preferred patron is an end -to-end loyalty solution. It combines features found in other standalone solutions in an easy to use format. We handle most of our promotional and informational communications through the program. It has also allowed us to manage and grow our customer database. Overall it is a great product with excellent support.
The program is very easy to use. It has most of the functionality of even higher priced competitors. The backend compatibility with Tango Card makes transactions easier. The level of service provided by Preferred Patron is excellent.
There are no issues that jump out. We are happy with the software.

Having Tango Card as an integrated solution into our Preferred Patron Loyalty platform has been a tremendous value-add for our small, medium and large merchants who subscribe to our loyalty program. Any business looking to use Tango Cards as reward or employee incentives can now take full advantage of enhanced loyalty marketing, complete with email and sms, to enhance their ROI amd better manage the awarding of Tango Cards to their employees or customers.
Their API made it possible to seamlessly integrate a vast library of digital rewards directly into our Preferred Patron Customer Loyalty platform. Our participating merchants may now include a rewards catalog that contains gift cards to popular businesses in their area. Having digital rewards available means consumers may choose to trade-in their points for these e-gift cards, directly from their member portal on their mobile devices!
The process for funding merchant accounts could use improvement.

Tango is very high quality and transparent when it comes to gift cards and loyalty campaigns. We can even create a loyalty program for our company.
Although there are setbacks in resolving customer relations, we try to get things done thanks to its convenient and easy interface.

I can easily convert my gift cards earned from loyalty programs.
It makes it easy to convert gift cards and money from other apps. It is very important that it is available in every country.
I am unable to redeem or transfer small amounts of some gift cards, this feature needs to be supported or improved.

I love Tango Card's rewards and loyalty program since we can reward customers and our employees as well.
I like least about the software is that when sometimes, the links get errors and they don't have a good customer service or a live chat features.

The finest platform for giving electronic gifts to your employees is Tango Card. I frequently used this program as a software reviewer to claim the incentives I earned for providing beneficial reviews about various platforms for conducting business. The best feature of this software is that they have a set time for delivering e-gifts to customers, and all of the accumulated e-gifts can be combined...
1. Claiming the vouchers is really easy because everything is available in the Catalog2. Filters can be found to easily choose the preferred rewards
1. Depending on country of origin, the choices where to use the digital reward is limited2. The incentive amount cannot be completely converted if the currency in your country is not denominated in dollars3. The remaining balance cannot be combined with other gift card links

I like how E-Gift Card Rewards and Incentives Loyalty and Honesty by thrusting random people that they won't trick the system. This is ligit(REAl) just like Capterra and I thrust them just like Capterra.

Perfect solution to manage rewards, send them to customers or employees without doing anything manually.
Provides rewards and loyalty program management for small business or employees. You can manage, organize and send reward cards to target people. They can choose from many reward types while they use their credit on the card. After selecting the reward, the card is sent directly to target user.
Sometimes some of reward cards are unavailable for users. They need to be re-added to the stock.

I can easily explore and use the many functions because of the user-friendly interface and simple design. The "Rewards Catalog" is a noteworthy feature since it provides a variety of enticing awards that inspire and involve workers. The Manager-to-Peer Recognition tool, which enables me to recognize...
In my experience with Tango, what I liked most is the comprehensive and user-friendly platform it provides for managing employee recognition and rewards. The Manager-to-Peer Recognition feature is a standout, as it allows me to easily acknowledge and appreciate the hard work and achievements of my team members. The platform's eCards feature adds a personal touch, enabling me to send customized messages of recognition. The Peer-to-Peer Recognition feature promotes a positive work culture by encouraging colleagues to appreciate and support each other. The loyalty program and rewards management functionalities are also impressive, giving me the flexibility to design and implement a program that aligns with the specific needs of my organization.
In my experience with Tango, what I liked least is the limited customization options available for the eCards feature. While the platform offers a range of pre-designed templates, I found it somewhat restrictive when trying to personalize the eCards to match my organization's branding and style.

My favorite aspect of working with the Tango team on our quarterly customer loyalty incentive programs is the high caliber of customer care we received from them. They are constantly responsive and occasionally go above and above to satisfy, especially the customer service agent. She has always been fantastic, and as a customer service representative, I can tell when a coworker from a different company is performing at their absolute best. I also like the high caliber help-desk support service they provided to our awarded clients, which eliminated the need for me to assign anyone on my team to handle reward support tasks since Tango's customer service already handled them. I adore how Tango gives our consumers different functionalities.
Our consumers in poor nations can typically only redeem their rewards as Visa gift cards, making all other choices unavailable to them. Hence, it would be fantastic if Tango could include additional brands from developing nations in the list of brand gift cards that consumers may use to redeem their rewards.

Tango Card makes it simple to reward people. Tango Card's customer care is fantastic, and it's easy to send and earn rewards. Tango Card offers a variety of alternatives to choose from. Tango Card rewards are appealing to employees since they can choose the gift card they want. Tango Card has exceeded my expectations in every way.
Primarily, I appreciate the high level of customer care we received from the Tango team during the few times we collaborated on our quarterly customer loyalty award programs. They are constantly responsive and go out of their way to please, especially the customer service agent. She's always been fantastic, and as a customer service representative, I can tell when another company's support staff is on top of their game. Also, I appreciate the high quality of help-desk support they provided to our rewarded clients, meaning that we didn't have to delegate reward support chores to anyone in my team because Tango's customer service handled it all. System of flexible rewards There are many different types of gift cards to pick from. There are no issues with using Commendable customer service.
Our customers in emerging economies can usually only claim their rewards in the form of a visa gift card; all other choices are unavailable to them. As a result, it would be fantastic if Tango could expand its inventory of brand gift cards for which users may redeem their points to include more brands from developing nations. The only disadvantage is that when it comes to adding balance, it isn't very adjustable. Prepaid debit cards are tough to redeem.

Basically, Tango provided my organization with a faster and automated means to reward our loyal customers. Before Tango, we usually sent our customers company souvenirs which our survey showed were not appreciated by some recipients. With Tango ,rewarded customers are provided a cash value reward which they can claim for a gift card of their choice. Thus putting the decision making process in their hands as against on our hands.
Primarily, I love the quality of customer service we got from the Tango team on the handful of times we have partnered with them on our quarterly customer loyalty reward programmes. For our customers in developing economies, they are only able to claim their rewards as a visa gift card mostly ie every other options available is unusable to them. Thus ,will be great if Tango can add more brands from developing economies into the list of brand gift cards which customers can claim their rewards for.
