Pros

Help is always abundant, friendly and immediate when needed. Frequent Program updates offer ease of use and opportunity for additional promotions to keep our rewards program fresh for our loyal users.
An amazing product, excellent customer service, prompt support; you'll be a loyal customer for life.
Very very satisfied and happy that I found Preferred Patron. One additional comment about the ease of use, we have a lot of hourly employees and it was very easy to train them on the system as well.

Pros

Love the ability to assign conversations to me so I can seamlessly start answering questions and making appts with customers.
It is super user friendly. I love that there is an app so I can respond to customers when I am home for the day.
It's also easier to quickly send and rescued documents and images from my desktop to and from customers, which results in greater ease of printing.

Cons

The only problems that I have had is when Windows decides to update itself. They have to access the tablet to correct the problems that any automatic updates cause.
The templates for email blasts are very confusing.
I stopped using the email marketing campaign part of my account and I now send all my emails through Constant Contact.

Cons

The phone app is AWFUL and glitches constantly. Hard to see/find who you are talking to, errors out or stops working, doesn't give alerts or gives too many alerts.
My only complaint so far with the software is where the payment portal is concerned.
Trying to cancel with Podium is the worst experience we've ever had with a company.
