We have eliminated​ ticket fraud with the Purplepass scanners.
We've worked with Purplepass the past 5 years, and Purplepass is by far the best ticket company in the United States to deal with: The customer service level is awesome. Easy to use event set up with custom ticket printing for the event. Day of the event software is easy to use & you have your funds for the event on within​ a few days.
We have had no problems with the software, ​once we learned how to work it properly​ .

The most important element of our service oriented entertainment business is excellent customer service. The Purple Pass team is available to provide immediate answers and solutions to ticketing customers concerns quickly and efficiently. We appreciate the value this dedication to great customer service provides our business.
The online and event day products are easy to use and set up. Event volunteers can be trained in moments. Customer service was excellent. staff was available when we needed them most.

Not being able to cancel one ticket in an order
Thanks for your great review Connie! In regards to your comment about not being able to cancel one ticket in an order, you can do that by going to Search Orders and clicking the Refund button. You can refund just certain items within an order or even partially refund some items within an order. Purplepass made handling my event’s ticket sales a breeze, and I am incredibly grateful!
It was very accessible and user friendly. It’s straightforward, so even people with no sales experience can get the hang of it pretty quickly. I liked the e-check feature, because you can get paid for your event almost right away! Also, it made communication with the venue very simple.
Although I was happy to receive an e-check, it was a bit fussy at the bank to get it deposited. Once I figured it out I was able to cash it successfully, but I wish it had been more clear that it should be done via ATM or mobile banking app; tellers did not accept the check.

Patrons are able to select multiple tickets of mixed price points (eg...Adult, Senior Student) and sections (eg...Orchestra, Mezzanine, Balcony). Patrons can also select seats from multiple events at the same time and checkout in a single transaction both on Purplepass.com and on your site via the embedded ticket widgets. Purplepass is extremely self explanatory and easy to use. Highly recommended for anyone with ticket sales.
Purplepass makes ticket sales very easy. The settings are easy to adjust and everything is within easy reach. I really love the way sales are tracked, so numbers and reports are in quick reach. I find it's also easy to look up tickets, which greatly enhances our ability to provide accurate customer service.
It took a little getting used to, but I have no complaints. Everything is user friendly, regardless of selling or purchasing tickets.

It was great! I called customer service a few times. They were always quick to answer and provide help. Will use again for sure!
I loved the easy ticket link that I chose. I found it very affordable for the performer!
Checking people into the event was not as easy as I’d hoped. I didn’t get a list of will call names until an hour before the show. I know the app works a bit better with an iPad which wasn’t available to us at the theatre where I had my event.

Every time I call to ask for help, Rep is so kind. He will walk me through the steps so I know what to do next time it happens. He also has walked me through all of the details for Purplepass and spent many afternoons providing training sessions with me while I learned the software. He has been a huge help. I am pleased with the software from a customer perspective, however I wish as a Promoter there were a few more features.
Purplepass is very customer service friendly. Their software is so easy to use for online ticket sales.
I don't like that it is not easy to adapt for events and festivals that are not common. We are a "unicorn" event and there are different features we need for our events that Purplepass does not offer.

With low fees per ticket and low credit card fees, PurplePass simply gets the job done well.
While the UI is functional it’s very unappealing and out of date but is currently being updated.

Overall, this has been a great experience. I was referred to this company by another high school teacher and it has made ticket presale so much easier.
I use Purplepass for my high school's theatre productions. I am not "tech savvy," but this site is VERY easy to use.
It took a while to understand how to create different ticket prices and options.

Customer Support with key account leaders for constant back and forth. Easy and accessible use of reporting. User-friendly for both the user-facing and back end. Customization of our unique product (exhibitor ticket vs. public facing ticket). Show day support. A sense of urgency for the smallest to largest issues.
Not enough suggestions for the future based on their experiences with your product or in the event industry as a whole. I would like to see more comp or case studies provided in order to make your our experiences better. Not able to customize the 'selling widget'. Not able to capture day-of geographic data information quickly though POS, currently no data collected besides redemption during day-of.

Purplepass is great, easy, and very efficient!
I like that I’m able to track my ticket sales all the way up to the day of the event.
Is there a tutorial video? I don’t think I know how to use the metrics feature and I could probably do a better job of targeting my audience by learning from a tutorial.

It has been a good experience overall. The echeck process was a little different and confusing for me at first, but then worked out just fine!
It is easy to use, navigate, and understand. I also like having the daily ticket updates sent straight to my email.
I would like to be able to see who is buying/has bought tickets to my events with their email address so we can keep track of them, find out who are repeat customers, and email them about other upcoming events that they might be interested in.

I wish there was a way to reorder duplicate tickets, with only date changes. I'd like to order from my phone.

I've been working with Purplepass for a few months now, and they are by far the best ticket company to partner with: their customer support is outstanding. Easy-to-use event setup with personalized ticket printing. The day-of-event app is simple to use, and you will have your funds for the event in a matter of days.
It's easy to use, has a lot of features, is reasonably priced, and the customer service representatives are polite and helpful.
We had no issues with the app until we figured out how to use it properly.

It’s just really a great all-around ticketing system.
TicketTailor is perhaps the most cost effective ticketing solution for event producers. All the features and functionality you need at an economical price.
They recently raised their prices for new users, but we are in the old pricing plan, which is better. But they also improved their UI and backend systems. Much more robust and reliable now.

I found it the cheapest company in the market, and one of the easiest to use too. There was lots of flexibility on fees, for instance, charging what ever booking fee you desire, and customer service was right there when you need it; quick and useful in their responses. I definitely trust Ticket Tailor to handle my event's ticketing.
I would like more options when customising ticketing widget. These could include fonts and colours, or sizing.

Ticket Tailor is an innovative, full-service, and cost-effective ticketing platform.
Many of my attendees pay by check. The only flaw in the platform is the inability to invoice folks for check payments. There are workaround methods, but it would be very helpful to add invoice functionality.

Every time I had a question or an issue the CS tram helped walk me through the problem. They also followed up.
