Best POS System

We have had all of the big companies like Flavorus & Ticket Fly come through our venue asking to sign up with us but in the end it comes down to the fact that the ease of use with Purplepass & the customer service aspect is 5-star in every way. The Box Office POS system they provide us with is HEADS & SHOULDERS above that of any other ticketing platform we have had experience with - it is by far the easier user interface and makes editing our events and selling tickets at the door a complete breeze.

Extra marketing was a bonus!

Positive, will use again, I’ll like how easy it is to make different types of links to my ticketing page which made my event look super professional!

Pros

I liked the extra marketing, easy to use website, the slickness of how my ticketing page looked to costumers, getting paid was easy, adding offers/discounts was super simple 11/10 would recommend.

Cons

I didn’t find out until my tickets were live that people buying tickets would get an extra fee, so I wish I’d kept that in mind.

Great customer service A+

The obvious con, price. I wish it didn't cost so much. I think a flat fee would be better. Pros a many. Kiosk equipment at no cost. Easy to use website. But the best perk is the customer service. I immediately upon signing up received an email from Gabe which included his cell phone number. I have called him 3 times, once after 5pm and he answered every time. He also stayed on the phone with me until all questions and issues were handled. I am a new customer and so far so good.

#1 Ticketing & Customer Service.. Here's Why...

I've used Purple Pass multiple times for my business and I will never go through anyone else. I was first referred by a friend because of their prices. I've been to their office in San Diego and was extremely impressed by their attitude, student mentality, and work ethic. They have gone out their way to put custom symbols, last minute corrections to my projects, express order, even direct delivery, all at little to no charge. As long as I'm hosting events I will use Purple Pass, because they go the extra mile for their customers. Big thanks to Purple Pass and it's team.

The Best Customer Service

In the last year I have been using purplepass for my events, I really like the customer friendly page, it is so easy to use and so complete, you get all the information you need to organize and keep track of everything for your event. The people at purplepass are very friendly and the always answer your questions and solve everything fast and with a great attitud. I really recommend this page for your events.

Best Online Ticket Value

For most events, PurplePass is the best value for us. We are able to pass all the processing costs to the patron, which saves us a lot. Other sites might be better for patrons finding your event, but if they already have found you and just want to purchase a ticket, this is great.

Pros

All fees are passed to the patron.

Cons

I don't think PurplePass is good for finding us new patrons.

We have had a positive experience working with PurplePass this year. Not only is the staff friendly and easily accessible, but they also work to make sure our concerns are heard and use our feedback to improve their product. We have had a few bumps in the road, but the staff has quickly taken care of our needs. They take a very active interest in improving their software and tailoring things to their client's specific needs.

Great design and support that makes the Difference

Our non-profit has an annual event with on line and on site box office sales. Two years ago Purple Pass Ticketing was there for us by customizing the on line design and then on site support at the event. The attendance at was about 6,000. The hardware and software combination was excellent. Purple Pass Techs were there to solve problems. None of which were caused by their hardware or software setup. Last year leadership decided to go with a different company. That was a big mistake. We survived, but the stomach acid was brutal. I am hoping we can go back to Purple Pass this year. That will be my vote!

Ease of operation due to a logical sequence that allows for just a few minutes of training to get volunteer cashiers up to speed.

Purple Pass without question is a YES and a MUST

Purple Pass provided a one stop shop for all of our event needs. From pre-sale to payout each and every step of the way Purple Pass was there providing the software, report tracking, and customer support. Purple Pass was even on-site day of the event and the representative were very professional, helpful and friendly. Successful Event; extremely pleased with Purple Pass and their team .

Newport International Boat Show - our first year of using Purplepass was a great experience

Brandon&Gabe are all in. They bent over backward to learn everything about our ticketing needs. They answered 100's of questions and even made custom changes to our exhibitor guest ticket program. Their equipment was great - and having Brandon onsite during the show was worth every penny. The reporting tools are excellent and we were very pleased with the whole experience.

Easy to use

Overall, this has been a great experience. I was referred to this company by another high school teacher and it has made ticket presale so much easier.

Pros

I use Purplepass for my high school's theatre productions. I am not "tech savvy," but this site is VERY easy to use.

Cons

It took a while to understand how to create different ticket prices and options.

Pros

The EASE. As a first-time user I went in with much trepidation into producing a bigger show than usual and using a ticketing app, but from the get-go Purplepass proved to be user friendly and fabulous! This makes life worlds better and takes the stress out of managing your sales. Hurrah for Purplepass!!

Improved customer experience and customer service due to more efficient line management. More sophisticated box office management. Drastically improved data mining capability and data verification. Verifiable financial information with clear audit capability. Training important for product users, but relatively quick learning curve. Train in advance.

Great Corona CA service.

PurplePass have been great to work with. Two venues I maintain have used Purplepass for about 3 years now for all our concerts, special events and Festivals. The company is local(based in Corona California) and have been able to make requests and have them fulfilled, as well as zero issue receiving payment, ordering ticket stock, etc.

The ease of navigation on the back end of the platform and prompt support from the staff was the best feature. I like the well defined and prompt payout system they have too, great having options on how we receive funds.

Pros

It's easy to use and very convenient. I could access my account anytime to check on my ticket sales.

Cons

I have no cons about the software. It was definitely to my liking. I'd use it again and I would definitely recommend it.

Outstanding and cost effective for our non-profit!

Professionalism and exclusivity of our event!

Pros

We have never used bar-coded tickets before - I loved how we could associate each one a specific person and if/when they came to our event. The handy-dandy scanner to input ticket serial numbers when preparing for the event was great too! This product was cost effective for my organization and PurplePass's customer service was top notch.
