Pros

Great targeting options (if you know which users you want to ask). White-labeling: our users felt that our product was asking them questions, not a third-party software.
The branching technology on surveys makes it easy to target customers based on their behaviour. Also the design API meant it was easy to brand our overlays in a way that suited our business.
Extremely useful and user friendly customer feedback tool.

Pros

Yes you can make surveys, yes it’s relatively easy to use, yes it’s cheap. The data reporting is simple and easy to export if needed and the secure survey option is great for the workplace.
SurveyMonkey is great for when you need a quick and easy review or quick feedback that isn't super detailed. It is definitely user friendly with an easy to use interface.
It is perfect for post-event feedback in the shopper marketing events world. Pricing is great and the collection of responses is easy to understand/view.

Cons

By incorporating the popup surveys, we could pinpoint that the customers face difficulties in the navigation and checkout process, which made them abandon the website before completing the purchase.
The reporting functionality is somewhat limited and grouping results by person/ or even by question is difficult to do without getting tons of blanks and having to scroll a lot.
Currently, there is no option to clone desktop nudges to mobile nudges.

Cons

It is awkward to use compared to other survey forms. For example, it was hard to figure out the branching or even how to turn off the survey monkey branding.
The only real problem with SurveyMonkey Enterprise is that it takes a while to get use to the interface.
Studies additionally are anything but difficult to make and send to our customers and examine their answers.
