First: Pictures. You can send pictures as regular images; not just PDF files. If that doesn't work, send us a message on WhatsApp (+13024070488 or click on "chat with us" on our website)  and we'll walk you through it 😊

Sending two files at the same time - I have forwarded this feedback to the product team.

Secondly: Regarding admins and templates - that can be easily changed from the "Settings -> Users and Roles" page. Select the role. Next to "Channels", select "Manage". If you need more help with this, please send us a message.

Finally: Expiration of chats. I understand the frustration. Unfortunately this is not a limitation of Rasayel. It's enforced by WhatsApp/Meta, and we don't have the ability to change this. There are various templates that can be used to make the continuation of conversation easier, and we can send you some examples if you'd like :)

Rasayel just keep my agents on selling and not just randomly moving between platforms and misscommunicate.Before Rasayel we tried Respond.io and get.chat and WhatsApp Business, none of those was even close to the stability and flexbility that Rasayel provides, with a slick and functional UI they just nailed it. ♥
