Regarding the mobile app, have you considered using the Rasayel mobile app? 

Unfortunately WhatsApp doesn't allow using both the normal WhatsApp app and a platform like Rasayel, and that's why we've built a mobile app that you can use to talk to your customers on the go.

Basically we received many messages from Instagram, Facebook, Google, mainly and it was a mess to keep track of who responded to those requests, with Rasayel we have that fully organized, we leave internal notes between people on the team with the necessary information and we can give a much faster and more efficient response in a timely manner.
